United really should be ahead, poor game but 2 guilt edged chances. Aside from that bit of a nothing game.
They've always been dreadful on the ball tbf. It's their MO. Utd should be doing more against these kinds of teams (as do Liverpool and Spurs too obviously).Wolves might just be the worst team with the ball I've seen since Qatar.
Thats fair, they're super hard to break down but they give up the ball so much teams really should be killing them. Their entire front line are headless chickens. I'd agree that if United want to be seen as real contenders they need to be dispatching them a lot easier. Game was was unnecessarily nervy for the last 5 minutes. They've always been dreadful on the ball tbf. It's their MO. Once we get oil money we can buy lots of players to ensure we don't have nervy last 5 mins.Thats fair, they're super hard to break down but they give up the ball so much teams really should be killing them. Or you guys could just put teams like this to bed in the way non oil money teams like Arsenal and Leicester did!Once we get oil money we can buy lots of players to ensure we don't have nervy last 5 mins.
We Don't have enough oil money to competeOr you guys could just put teams like this to bed in the way non oil money teams like Arsenal and Leicester did!
Aye for sure, having the biggest net spend over the last 10 years even above all the oil money clubs clearly shows you can't compete. I actually shed a tear every so often for just how little money you guys have to spend. We Don't have enough oil money to compete
We don’t have a bigger net spend than the oil money clubs though do we.Aye for sure, having the biggest net spend over the last 10 years even above all the oil money clubs clearly shows you can't compete. I actually shed a tear every so often for just how little money you guys have to spend.
Must be tough not having the money to compete and having to balance the books for sure.
ExactlyWe don’t have a bigger net spend than the oil money clubs though do we.
According to figures as unreliable as transfermarkt, we have a higher net spend than the oil states have chosen to declare.
Ah the old conspiracy theories...We don’t have a bigger net spend than the oil money clubs though do we.

Exactly
When United eventually sell to oil money at least we can look back on a time when United had a genuine competitive relevance. Unlike other teams that only became relevant with the injection of oil cash.
The idea that City aren’t cheats is a bigger conspiracy theory at this stage.Ah the old conspiracy theories...
They’re fecking awful. Our game against them was really sad. Two shite teams resigned to a relegation battle.Wolves might just be the worst team with the ball I've seen since Qatar.
Like most things at City these days, lifted from other clubs.Did City steal that musical intro from the Chicago Bulls? If so, was it before or after "The Last Dance"?
Aye, because its City who were once caught match fixing with Liverpool right? Oh no, thats United. The idea that City aren’t cheats is a bigger conspiracy theory at this stage.
You guys are a far better team all round than them imho because at least you play football. They’re fecking awful. Our game against them was really sad. Two shite teams resigned to a relegation battle.
You can throw a lot of accusations at Everton, but I'm not sure that's one of them. You guys are a far better team all round than them imho because at least you play football.
You’re talking about something that happened well over a hundred years ago, amongst players whose careers were about to be cut short by war, and equating it to the entire relevant history of your tinpot club being built on the back of financial doping, cheating and having the state and financial power to bully UEFA and CAS into submission?Aye, because its City who were once caught match fixing with Liverpool right? Oh no, thats United.

Awkwardly ten years before - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_football_bribery_scandal#:~:text=It resulted in the Manchester, playing for the club again.
The 1905 English football bribery scandal was an event of corruption that surfaced at the conclusion of the 1904–05 football season in England. It centred on the accusations that Manchester City player Billy Meredith had offered a rival player from Aston Villa a bribe to purposely lose their final league match of the season between the teams.
It resulted in the Manchester City manager (Tom Maley) and former chairman (W. Forrest) being banned from English football sine die, two directors (Allison and Davies) suspended for seven months, a further five directors dismissed, and a total of 17 players banned from ever playing for the club again. Among the players was Billy Meredith, who was banned from football for 18 months and transferred to City's local rivals Manchester United before the end of his ban
Pst, he didn't realise a decade before City were done for the same thingYou’re talking about something that happened well over a hundred years ago, amongst players whose careers were about to be cut short by war, and equating it to the entire relevant history of your tinpot club being built on the back of financial doping, cheating and having the state and financial power to bully UEFA and CAS into submission?
