Especially at the Emptyhad. They won there in 2018 (2018/19 season) and 2021 and drew there in 2020 (2-2 as well) plus were ahead at HT in 2022 before Haaland did his thing.Palace really are a problem for City.

Given they can't beat Chelsea or Palace currently and just about saw off Luton, I'm not quite sure how Everton or Newcastle away are winnable. I'd be quite surprised if they won either. Especially in their awful current form.Surely St. James Park is one of the more difficult fixtures of your league campaign? They beat you there 3 months ago.
I'm just, if Newcastle away is so winnable, then what games are actually tricky? Anfield and Emirates? Even peak city dropped points to teams outside the top three.Given they can't beat Chelsea or Palace currently and just about saw off Luton, I'm not quite sure how Everton or Newcastle away are winnable. Everton. we usually play with a 4 at the back. We are missing key players and also playing people out of position.I'm not sure which team we are talking about, but both teams are lumping the ball around. Every time the ball goes wide there seems to be 0 options other than cross.
No dig taken. 4 wins in a row now. Two tough away games with clubs around the relegation zone with us (Forest and Burnley) and two home wins against Newcastle and Chelsea. On great form. Not a dig at Everton (ok side, some players out?) but Burnley are awful.
Just too lightweight. Surprised me how bad they've been but they had a better team in championship last year. Not a dig at Everton (ok side, some players out?) but Burnley are awful.
Mostly loanees from other people's better teamsJust too lightweight. Surprised me how bad they've been but they had a better team in championship last year.
Tomorrow then I guess?Today? No chance
Still doesn't mean it's not winnable. Of course, it's tough but we're not exactly going there as underdogs. It's also a month away which is plenty of time to sort our form too.Surely St. James Park is one of the more difficult fixtures of your league campaign? They beat you there 3 months ago.

Did they have a better team or did it just look better at the Championship level.Just too lightweight. Surprised me how bad they've been but they had a better team in championship last year.
Nathan Tella scored 20 + for them in the championship. He went to Leverkusen so that wasn't realistic signing.Did they have a better team or did it just look better at the Championship level.
The jump up from the Championship to the Premier is huge as we see all three promoted teams flirting with relegation.
They will have to wait for a time when there is no match that suits both clubs and policeTomorrow then I guess?
I was typing "achtually we have 9" when I saw who made the post .It's so weird looking at the table and seeing us with 8 wins and the teams below with 3 and 2 but we are still down there.
Yeah, extremely difficult to keep a team who’s winning everything motivated to that degree, year on year. I guess we’ll see but the ability to just switch it on, is still there, so I guess we’ll see. A new league winner would be great for the league in fairness - as long as it isn’t Pool. They don’t look like that team this season. Think somethings missing.
Assuming they will restart the match and not just play the 30 mins or so that was left? They will have to wait for a time when there is no match that suits both clubs and police
As for my understanding it seems they will set a new date for the match and restart from scratch.Assuming they will restart the match and not just play the 30 mins or so that was left?
The laws of the game, as posted on the FA website, say that: “An abandoned match is replayed unless the competition rules or organisers determine otherwise.”Assuming they will restart the match and not just play the 30 mins or so that was left?
Yes let those on a Manchester United hope that continuesToday it is more than five years since you last scored at Anfield. Let's hope that continues.
Arsenal can get fecked. Villa for the title.Hopefully Arsenal get the job done vs Brighton today. With City starting to falter need Arsenal to ensure this season isn’t as miserable in terms of rival’s successes as the last one
In that light, I think it would be a fine gesture for you to join in that hope then.Yes let those on a Manchester United hope that continues
Tbh most of us are more concern we’ll ship 4 or more. Not that it will matter - this season will likely end a write off for us regardless.
We know that’s not happeningArsenal can get fecked. Villa for the title.
Same with Arsenal to be fair.We know that’s not happening
Arsenal lead the table for much of last season. They clearly have a bigger chance of winning the title than Villa.Same with Arsenal to be fair.
It'll be a Scouse/Manc 1 And 2. Not sure what order.
Young team, high morale, only played league games last season.God only knows how Arsenal are able to field the same IX game in, game out all season. Same last season.
