Liverpool relying on VAR to score an undeserved victory yet again.
What are you talking about. Goal was scored by a perfectly clean tackle.
Can't blame Liverpool if Newcastle can't keep their players onside
Liverpool relying on VAR to score an undeserved victory yet again.
And I wish diaz would learn some of that playacting as wellPortuguese learn it from a young age.
VAR wasn’t even needed today mate.Liverpool relying on VAR to score an undeserved victory yet again.
Aren't Leeds awful against top sides, they play open games and gives away lot of space?City will feck up.
Yeah, Newcastle more than merited a draw in a game they were second best in. Plus, VAR didn’t overturn any decision but nonetheless it’s a disgrace!Liverpool relying on VAR to score an undeserved victory yet again.
I hope so. I hope var does something for us in the City Leeds game.It is easy to win with VAR behind you

It's people ignoring the facts on ground, that's allAren't Leeds awful against top sides, they play open games and gives away lot of space?
Maybe that has changed now, of course, i dont know.
VAR didn’t overturn a decision, right? It is easy to win with VAR behind you
It wasn't even used for the worst decision of the matchVAR didn’t overturn a decision, right?
What were they?It wasn't even used for the worst decision of the match
Mane sending offWhat were they?
How do you know it wasn’t used?Mane sending off obviously
No, but how can it miss Mane red card? Liverpool scoring goal after tackle from Milner doesn't exactly help the case either.VAR didn’t overturn a decision, right?
I didn't see or hear it mentioned, but it could have been a background check, grantedHow do you know it wasn’t used?
The clean tackle?Liverpool scoring goal after tackle from Milner doesn't exactly help the case either.
They obviously will have a game where things won't go their way.Would be nice if they could just for once have the bad rub off the green. E.g. go behind to a deflected goal, then get someone sent off and have a really tough match. I swear when we were good we had numerous games every season where we had to overcome some adversity. It's infuriating
Instead the opposition give up in the tunnel and squander any chances they do get to punish Liverpool and their high line.
The Milner challenge was fair. He was the ball. Got kicked by the late Newcastle player. No, but how can it miss Mane red card? Liverpool scoring goal after tackle from Milner doesn't exactly help the case either.
You are good team. Very, very good team. But you have had VAR with you since it was introduced.
Then there's really no point to this discussionThe Milner challenge was fair. He was the ball. Got kicked by the late Newcastle player.
Mané wasn’t a red.
I’d be fascinated to see what metric you’re using to suggest VAR favours Liverpool. The tables I’ve seen over the past year or so indicate Liverpool are unlucky with VAR.
Milner tackle left Newcaslte player injuried. It was at best 50/50. You know that Liverpool would get freekick for that in same situation at Anfeld. The Milner challenge was fair. He was the ball. Got kicked by the late Newcastle player.

The consensus on Totally Football, Second Captains and MOTD was that Gordon wasn’t fouled and he invited the pen. All neutral outlets. The two missed penalties in the Everton game were far worse than anything today.
Well I’m convinced. If a City fan watches it then case closed. Thanks. You don't have to have stats. It is enough to watch games.
VAR will have checked it. Yellow card. Then there's really no point to this discussion
That's literally most of the posters in RedCafe are doing. This forum is becoming as deluded as Rawk. 10 threads are being created everyday elevating the delusion, suggesting conspiracy theories about doping and whatnot. The two missed penalties in the Everton game were far worse than anything today.
Never was there a better example of home team bias than those not being given. Note here I'm not saying Liverpool bias.
All this said, I'm not going to do what Liverpool fans did when we were great and say it's all down to bias and luck. They're a brilliant team with a brilliant manager. If not for City they'd win the league unopposed for the next 2-3 years at least, and even then may win it anyway.
I don't like it, but our own team have done nothing to stop it happening and that's where we need to focus.
First half, TAA used his right hand to push Gordon over from behind... how does he invite that? It's a penalty and a yellow card. The consensus on Totally Football, Second Captains and MOTD was that Gordon wasn’t fouled and he invited the pen. All neutral outlets.
The only place I’ve seen folk determined to suggest it was definitely a pen is on here and wild blues on twitter.
According to a Liveprool fan, the beacon of neutralityVAR will have checked it. Yellow card.
Some mythical pro-Liverpool agenda isn’t sufficient enough to counter the fact that it would have been a very harsh red.
Nope. According to VAR.According to a Liveprool fan, the beacon of neutrality
You think this was a penalty?First half, TAA used his right hand to push Gordon over from behind... how does he invite that? It's a penalty and a yellow card.
