Honestly, that's not even such an outlandish claim. Lacks evidence, but it's no secret that doping suspicions have followed Pep throughout his career. City have shown a wanton disregard for the rules at every turn and don't have much of a legacy to protect. I don't believe they're taking banned substances, but they may very well have something that just hasn't been discovered and banned yet. It's a pretty common thing in sports.
