In hindsight my transfer strategy was wrong and I should have built up the squad with cheap players before going for player exchange deals.
But now it is too late as I want the transfers to go through today before the game. None of them have progressed. Sheffield United would easily beat us.

He'll still be my best rated player.Try someone in the region of 87-89 at the most. That's what most of the signings are like in the division, then when your squad average rating goes up you should be able to try and sign a 91 rating. There aren't many 90+ rated players in Division 2, and going for the 87-89 rated players means you can sign more of them and strengthen more of your squad rather than using most of your money (if you are using money) on fewer players.

I've got enough attacking players. Concentrating on a different player now but it's a race against time as to whether I'll be able to put a bid on them before their other bid is accepted.Ratings change should be interesting. Are we notified if/when the player ratings do change? Or do we just see it from viewing their profile and seeing their rating history?
