Chris is just ready to nod off mid speechMy favorite episode:
Total scumbag, and only gets worse as the show progresses.I'm rewatching it and this time round I dislike Tony Soprano. He's immature, greedy, cruel and can't stand to see anyone else happy.
When I watched it when I was younger I thought he was great.
Just when you thought you were out…The super bowl commercial was so good, made me think about doing another rewatch of this amazing show.
I watched it on Channel 4 from the second episode of season 2 onward as it aired. Turned it on to this scene and got hooked:Was this shown In the UK and Ireland "live"?
What about the wire?I watched it on Channel 4 from the second episode of season 2 onward as it aired. Turned it on to this scene and got hooked:
They're both on nowTVWhat about the wire?
I think it aired on BBC2 at the time. I binged it on DVD box sets not long after. What about the wire?
I was talking about the original timeThey're both on nowTV
Was amazing how one of the best mob characters on the Sopranos wasn't even Italian.I watched it on Channel 4 from the second episode of season 2 onward as it aired. Turned it on to this scene and got hooked:
He’s Jewish right? Was amazing how one of the best mob characters on the Sopranos wasn't even Italian.
Yeah. He was incredibly effective in pulling off his character. Incredibly loathsome. The final scene where he beat up Janice was chilling. He’s Jewish right?
I’ve seen it said on Reddit that his portrayal of Richie was the most authentic portrayal of a wiseguy seen on TV.
I always see that guy as the character from the four rooms. He’s Jewish right?

FX .... like 3 years after the point. But Sopranos was pretty fecking big off the bat, so it was given a decent push here by C4.I was talking about the original time
Had a role as an Italian in Mean Streets too.Yeah. He was incredibly effective in pulling off his character. Incredibly loathsome. The final scene where he beat up Janice was chilling.
I can relate to this, had a similar feeling when I watched it last year. I also felt that about Walter White on my second viewing of BB, and had more sympathy for Skyler too.I'm rewatching it and this time round I dislike Tony Soprano. He's immature, greedy, cruel and can't stand to see anyone else happy.
When I watched it when I was younger I thought he was great.
It was shown a few months later on Channel 4 in autumn 1999...Was this shown In the UK and Ireland "live"?
I think he does. It's like that line in the show where yer man says "They say you don't hear it when it happens" or something like that. Might be the only reason why it ended so abruptlyFinished watching it the second time, loved it. Took my time watching it this time. I don't think he gets clipped in the end, they hype it up too much.
My estimation of Will Smith as a man just feckin plummeted
Brilliant!
