Anytime Mulvaney speaks always refer to this take...

--Another aide to a GOP Congressman put it more bluntly, talking about Mulvaney’s House Freedom Caucus, established in 2015 after the RSC proved not to be right-wing enough for him: “They’re not legislators, they’re just assholes … These guys have such a minority mindset that the prospect of getting something done just scares them away, or pisses them off.”--

Didn't the Barr report say that there were no further indictments from the Mueller report
Yeah, this is now it's own political witch hunt.

If anyone doubted just how much of a Trump lackey Barr was, here's your evidence.

No further indictments from Mueller.

That was always a weird statement as Mueller basically passed the baton off to DC office and SDNY office. As it relates to conspiracy to hack the DNC and "Trump campaign officials" Mueller has compeleted that. Its a extremely narrow purview.to which there are no more pending indictments. So we can all expect much more indictments from things that have been derived from the investigation.

Barr is acting on behalf of Trump and the GOP when he should be acting on behalf of the American people. We could start by impeaching Barr.
Impressive by Barr to make Racist Pixiehead losing his job seem like a bad thing.

Seems a futile battle. Unless his tactic is to delay till November 2020. No way he's keeping it from the SDNY.

Schiff to make criminal referral for Erik Prince...at last! Been waiting for someone to do something about this bloke. He’s dangerous imo.

Also:

Schiff added that the committee may bring former Trump adviser Steve Bannon in for further questioning, as he "refused to answer almost all of our questions."

  • "When we asked whether he was asserting some privilege, he merely said he was not answering questions because the White House told him not to," Schiff said. "The communications between Mr. Prince and Mr. Bannon has apparently fled their devices," he added.
  • "When we pressed to hold him in contempt, the GOP members of our committee would not go forward."

We've said 'no way' so many times during his candidacy and his Presidency that it's safe to assume he's going to keep it from the SDNY.

Judge slams Trump’s ‘unpersuasive’ legal defense and allows House Democrats’ lawsuit to proceed

US. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled against President Donald Trump and allowed a lawsuit by Congressional Democrats to proceed, The Washington Postreported on Tuesday.

Unless the Department of Justice appeals, the ruling will allow Democrats to seek disclosure of documents from the Trump Organization.

“The lawsuit is one of two landmark cases against Trump relying on the once-obscure emoluments clauses of the Constitution. In a case brought in Maryland by the attorneys general of D.C. and Maryland, Justice Department lawyers representing the president have succeeded in temporarily blocking subpoenas for financial records and other documents related to Trump’s D.C. hotel,” The Post explained. “The congressional case, brought by about 200 Democrats, extends beyond the hotel and provides a potential new avenue for the president’s challengers to gain access to a broader array of Trump’s closely held finances.”

Trump’s legal defense was described by the judge as being “unpersuasive and inconsistent.”

“The Court is persuaded that the text and structure of the Clause, together with the other uses of the term in the Constitution, support plaintiffs’ definition of ‘Emolument’ rather than that of the President,” Sullivan ruled.

After reading that article America and the world are still having to suffer the Trump presidency and all of it’s horrors because DB didn’t report suspicious activity with Trump’s accounts and Kushner’s suspicious money transfers being sent to Russians. Thanks a lot DB!

No penalty strong enough for DB management imo.

DB already have problems shifting their Level 3 assets. They don't need this. That bank is in trouble.
On Trump, I swear it will hurt me when this criminal gets away with this shit. Did the founders plan for the Executive to be more powerful than the Legislature? This is a farce.
