I can understand (and still find it harsh) to give the pen because the ref just follow his rules like a bot but however why the feck would he book Rose for that ?
His hands were above his head and stopped it from going towards goal - it's definitely a penalty. Not sure it's a yellow card, mind.

Might not be quite clear cut decision but the more VAR handballs given, the quicker players will stop jumping into tackles and spreading their arms (though still need officials to understand 'natural' arm movements)
