Surely the Fenerbache thing is just a rumour? There's no way his stock could have plummeted that much with one bad season!
He's a passionate manager, Fenerbache is a decent team(lot of old, but good players) in a very passionate league. He probably looks at it as something he can develop in the same way as he did with Dortmund.

Looks like he's leaving them at the wrong time, when there's no decent job available.

Ancelotti to Milan and Klopp to Real is a possibility isnt it? No other manager is available (r"big enough") for Real if they let Ancelotti go, or?

Could be a good time for Klopp to go to Real, the Galacticos stuff hasnt worked so he should be in a better position of power to dictate buying players. Also Ancelotti leaving is probably why Bale wont go anywhere yet. He will want to see the next manager. Is there a Real election coming up?

Look LVG is here for 2 more years, this guy can be our manager for 20 years. He plays a much better brand of football, the type of football Man Utd is all about. I really really hope the board are considering this, no chance would I trust LVG with another £5 let alone £150million.
This really. Nothing Van Gaal has done this season makes me believe he knows what he's doing and what team he's building. Just looks like a mad scientist, hoping something works. We've already seen what sort of football Klopps teams can produce when they have some quality attackers, it'd be wonderful to have him here. If we don't and city do, I reckon we'll be in trouble.

If Carlo has not been given freedom and not worked well, how will Klopp do it? Madrid is actually a manger's graveyard.

I'd be sorry to see Klopp go there, Real is such a despicable, arrogantly run club they really don't deserve the caliber of manager/player they attract.

He'll last about 2 seasons, then the players will go running to the welcoming arms of the president that they don't want him anymore and he'll be given the honourable boot.

Translation...
Spanish media all tell that Klopp signed with Real and all refer that to Radio Deutschland that does not exist... Oh, World...

Was started by this guy yesterday... (A Real Madrid fan - he has renamed himself now...)

Big claims!

But I can see your point and I'll be gutted if you're right.
There is no one hoping to be more wrong about this then, I, myself. :)

He clearly loves it at this club; the fans and the management team are more complaint than anywhere he has previously managed. He has a free reign at this club, which should provide an extra motivation to win the title here. It's just that I have so many doubts about his style of football and lack of flexibility in our play that I find it hard to see us upstaging Chelsea. Very few freebies in this league; even the bottom teams are very adept at shutting shop and nullifying the possession game.

We need a really good summer, with Woodie acquiring most of the number 1 targets on the famed list.

If United get their recruitment right, and start next season playing well and winning games, they'll challenge for the title. Whether that's enough for you, we'll have to wait and see. Heck Klopp's first few months even his first season, might be crap at his new club wherever that may be.

With kind of synchronization his teams play, it will take more time than a few months for him to get it right. Though I am huge fan his passion and that style of play. Think he'll be a huge success at any big club where he won't have to lose his best players every transfer window. Unfortunately, doesn't look like that club will be United.

Edit:
The recruitment will be very important this term, you are right. The system is looking for utmost precision from every player on the pitch, especially the strikers with so few risks taken and chances created; we definitely need some top quality players to make it work and win things.

I'm not sure I trust Bild any more. They seem really unreliable.

I sure hope they're right this time. Don't want him getting tempted by Liverpool...

Does anyone really think that Liverpool can still attract the likes of Klopp or Ancelotti anymore?

Quite clear that he wants the Bayern Munich job. He even said himself that he doesn't plan a sabbatical year, so something must've happened.

What he actualy said (at the presser where he confirmed that he's leaving Dortmund) was that he doesn't plan a sabbatical but might have to take 6 months off. He gave no reason, just that it might happen, but repeated that he hasn't planed anything yet.

Well, Klopp has stated he would like to manage in England. And Liverpool manager looks like being the biggest job available.
For all their problems, Klopp could view them as a Dortmund-like challenge: big club in need of some re-invigoration.
So I think it's possible. He'd be foolish to do it, but he might have a "romantic" idea about what Liverpool are.

Yeah, like I said. "Ich habe nicht geplant, ein Sabbatical zu machen, aber im Trainerjob kann es sein, dass ich es machen muss"

I haven't planed on taking a sabbatical year, but in our business, I might have to. Which for me translates, that he didn't want to take one, but if the right job isn't available, he'll wait for the right oppurtunity, which I think he considers to be Bayern Munich.

I think Liverpool would suit Klopp more than heavy corporates like Real Madrid or City.

Will be fun to see the reactions of Dortmund's and Bayern's fanbase if that actually happens. Would be quite a change in style going from Pep to Klopp with Bayern wanting to have a certain style of play just like Barcelona.

The most interesting reaction would be @Blackwidow 's here on the Caf ;). I still hope that Pep extends or that we offer the job to Favre, but I wouldn't mind if Klopp took over next summer.

For sure. Could never see him at RM, although he was shown as by far the most popular candidate in a poll on Marca today. And City would fit even less well.

Arsenal really would make a lot of sense though...

I am just one of many. And I am not so "bad" that I would be glad about any loss until he would be fired... - I have read that very often lately...

You cannot take out 5 years of stupid talks in press conferences - and then take that job. But it will not happen as long Sammer has something to say in Munich.

I still remember the day when Klinsmann was announced as Bayern manager... But I guess Klopp would be worse... and we got rid of Klinsmann... and at the end it was good because without that time the change might not have happened...

If Real call, you can guarantee that 6 month sabbatical story will soon vanish.

Don't see how those two are connected. The one was an unexperienced charlatan and got exposed badly at Bayern, the other is one of the highest rated coaches of his generation.

I don´t think Real would suit him and not because of the star factor around the club. It is the command structure in the club, which would be polar opposites to his former clubs. In Madrid Perez is the King and all other are basically his pawns. Klopp would not have nearly as much freedom as in Mainz or Dortmund. I personally see him in England next. The more similar football culture, smaller language barrier and more powerful position of the coach/manager would interest him.

I am seriously surprised as to why Arsenal and Liverpool are sticking to their managers when Klopp is ready to come. They will never get a chance to get a better league manager in to challenge for the PL.

Why do Arsenal need to change their manager? There is no guarantee Klopp will turn them into league contenders. It could do the other way around.

Arsenal would be foolish letting Wenger go.

I have nothing to base it on, but I still have this odd feeling Wenger's doing a Fergie and this guy is in place next season.
