If you managed to get that big version from enlarging the small avatar you should get a job with MI5.
I'm surprised too. My guess is the avatar just was a thumbnail and a hyperlink to the actual image.

I've got absolutely no idea why that picture was posted here. There's a million pretty girls on the Internet, we shouldn't be posting anyone's images without their permission.

The picture is in the public domain, would be some kind of defence maybe, maybe not. Depends where it crosses the line from slightly amusing ---> bit creepy.

Not really, it's just some random person's profile pic, it's in the public domain so I don't see a problem.
