Still not sure if it his arm though. I think the decision is a classic case of you've seen them given but had it really been given if the ref was blind? Not so sure myself.
It's not even the goal - it's part of the build up. At least 5/6 things happen in between that moment and the actual goal. As others have pointed out they also should've been flagged offside in the build up to their goal.
