Dull race in the end. Felt like we had more team ordered place swapping than actual overtaking today.

Bottas should be more concerned about not dropping to 5th.
Why Hamilton on has been faster all day and at least challenged Ferrari. Bottas did not once challenge. Bottas has dropped miles behind Hamilton when Hamilton was following a car and Bottas had clean air.
The 3 fastest cars today have been Hamilton, Kimi and Max.
I missed the bulk of the race so I don't know but from what I've been hearing from my mate, apparantely Bottas was in 3rd first and Mercedes asked him to let Hamilton pass first and they promised him that they would allow him back to 3rd.

Yeah Mercedes did say that, F1 is getting stupid though. Lewis was so much faster than Bottas but because you cannot follow he has given back 3rd place.
It was class for Lewis to do that.

Well, fair play to Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes for keeping their promise. Bottas is still in the driver championship race mathematically so its only fair to allow him a place he arguably deserved. Big boost for my man Vettel to win the driver championship.

So happy for Seb. He finally win a Grand Prix after finishing 4th, 4th, 2nd, 7th in his last 4 Grand Prix race. Driver championship lead extend from 1 to 14 points. 11/20. Another 9 more Grand Prix to go. Come on Seb!

Hamilton is so bad needing a help! How about show everyone you are faster by overtake his teammates?!

If he was so much faster why did he need help from his team to ask his teammate to go past him... Clearly not man enough to do this by himself!

In open air Lewis was so much faster, he couldn't overtake on this track because no one could. Track has no overtaking places and no one could run behind a car with similar speed.
The cars are such an issue you simply cannot overtake.

So it's okay to "cheat" then? Just try your best. It's racing after all!
It's a team sport, there's no issue with letting a faster teammate pass to try and make places in front so long as if it doesn't happen they switch back.

how is it cheating, he asked to get past to try and win the race, he could not get past Kimi so gave the place back , there was no way Bottas was going to catch Kimi, so how is that cheating.
FFS haters going to hate no matter what.
Why need to Ask? Just do it yourself. Last I know it was a race sport. No wonder I lost the passion to watch every races years ago.

You wanna know how wrong you are?

You're causing me to defend Hamilton.

That's damn wrong.

It's okay, I don't disagree. For me Alonso is the best driver followed by Seb and then Lewis.
For pure speed I think Hamilton is the fastest. But he can be inconsistent, when he is on it he is unbeatable. But he has off days which Vettel and Alonso don't.
Vettel is the best at leading from the front and is incredible at being consistent and making the right calls. But has never been in a team where he is not clearly number 1. Apart from when Ricardo had 1 year and beat him.
Alonso is 2nd fastest for pure speed and is nearly Vettels equal in race craft.

Overall at there peak if I was running a team I would have Alonso as first choice Hamilton as second and Vettel third (because he needs number 1 status)
That's why I put Vettel 3rd or 4th.

So you know about team orders and how they work, they have been in F1 for a long time
The not a race sport is rubbish, I saw plenty of racing today on a track that is nearly impossible to pass on.
Not sure why you are making a big issue about this!!

Not causing you of defending him. Just answer how stupid this sport is when drivers can complain every time to get what they want. Just like kids.
