Dowd is now doing damage control with reporters. Claims he didn't say fire Mueller, but rather the Mueller investigation should come to an end due to the McCabe firing. Basically Drumpf is attempting to create a bizarre nexus between the firing of McCabe and the legitimacy of the Mueller investigation.

I was just reading the very same thing. As of last night Facebook have suspended Analytica's account too and dropped all advertising related to them. This shit is getting more and more distasteful by the day. This last week has been insane, even by Trumps standards.
There is now a feeling that It's all starring to unravel though.
Yes I get the same impression. Mueller is likely in the latter stages of information gathering and is almost certainly sitting atop a mountain of things no one outside his office knows. With the public account that he is now subpoenaing The Trump Organization's records - along with the Stormy plus potentially 6 other users story - I think Trump must be feeling a crushing pressure that the walls are closing in from all sides.
If he tries to fire Mueller, it will almost surely lead to a massive Dem wave this November, which will merely just reinstitute the independent council statute with Mueller leading it. And that's not including an impeachment attempt if the Dems win the House back.
Yup, I agree. Things are moving so fast now and Mueller appears to be playing this perfectly.
I should think if the Dems do win the house back that there will be an impeachment attempt announcement 9am Wednesday November the 7th.
The question should be why did Facebook take near on 2 years to realise this. cambridge analyitica were bragging about what they could do in sales literature. Zuckerberg is only backing down now because the heat is turning up on trump, mercer and everything connected to them.
Before that, he didn't care, its all money to him.

It's clear that the Republicans are going to jack shit about Trump though. He can do whatever he pleases while they go about passing their abhorrent policies cuz the focus is on Trump. Am afraid that unless there is a blue wave come November, we will be stuck with this buffoon for his whole first term.

I don't think he's allowed to tape and even if he was they wouldn't be allowed since only one party would've known about the recording.

Obvious why he’s being attacked.
Have you got a good source for the accusations against him? I’ve seen “MSM blackouts over the corruption in the FBI under McCabe” and such like from the usual twitter bots and I’ve seen some seemingly good sources suggest that he did indeed oversee some very questionable things but I’ve not really found any credible sources with information on it?

Problem with airing it tomorrow is advertising it for maximum viewership and all the sponsorship commitments tied into next week.
I thought it was open knowledge this is what Cambridge Analytics do? Like it is they whole business model, advertised on their website. They did the same thing while working for the leave campaign in Britain. As shady as it is, why on earth would Facebook only now accept it as wrong?
Because shit is about to hit the fan in a big way and they might get dragged down by it if they don't fully accept what's happened.
