A must win for us, we've a brutal run in with Barca, City and Chelsea all to come this month.

Yeah - the important thing for us is to put ourselves in a position where we a draw is an ok result against City. If we are less than 2 Points behind 3 place after the City-game, I think we will manage top-4

We're at that stage of the season where every game is a cup final and the players have to be prepared to respond in kind. Wolves are chasing a EL spot so they will be up for the challenge, plus they've had 2 favourable results against us already this season.

    DDG
    Young Smalling Lindelof Shaw

    Herrera

    Fred Pogba
    Rashford Lukaku Martial
There is enough energy and creativity in that team to cause Wolves all sorts of problems.

Need a strong midfield - diamond in the middle maybe? - for this. Like Ole said in his last interview we need to play with no fear like we did since he came bar a few of the last games. Start the game fast and take the game to them. We can't sit and think how great Wolves've done this season. Badly need 3 points from this.

For every eye-catchingly good performance they've had some terrible displays/results: 0-2 vs Palace, 1-0 vs Huddersfield, 2-0 vs Burnley. They are undoubtedly capable of some very good stuff but we should be confident we can get at them tonight.
They're basically inexperienced in the PL and I think that's their issue. Nuno Espirito Santo seems to be an outstanding coach. He's certainly fun to watch.

Aye, there's definitely no shame in the season they've had, far from it.

I think we might be there for the taking tonight. Even if it's not deliberate, the subconscious has one eye on the semi final.

I would expect a mixture between our best current XI (Patricio/Saiss/Coady/Boly/Doherty/Dendoncker/Neves/Moutinho/Jonny/Jota/Jimenez) and some of the fringe players like Traore, Vinagre, Gibbs-White and Bennett.

I think you'll complete your set of results against us this season and will win 2-0.

But it won't bother me that much.

    Roll on Sunday!

Thing is although United are incredibly frustrating most of the time at the moment, when they turn it on they're brilliant. I can see them doing that tonight. 2-1 United

I assume Wolves will set up the same way as last time, but there's always the chance they change it to throw us off. Anyway... my formation:

    ---------De Gea---------
    ----Smalling Lindelof----
    Dalot ----Matic ----Shaw
    ----Herrera---Pogba-----
    -----------Fred-----------
    -----Lukaku--Rashford--

Dalot and Shaw need to provide the width. Fred to play through balls. Lukaku and Rashford to be told repeatedly by Ole to make runs into the box or fined a weeks wages.

Our performances have been a disgrace the last month or so, we need to win every game from here on out but the displays (aside arsenal) have been woeful.

Its so typical of us to lose form after a strong result against PSG, the same thing happened when we beat Juventus even though we had a treachid Mourinho at the helm, the players seem to be mentally weak.

    Young - Lindelof - Smalling - Shaw

    Rashford.
Lingard must play, as he is the one making the right movements and making it easier for PP to perform.

Have gone 1-1 in prediction game.
Wolves certainly seem to raise their game for the top teams particularly at home.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

The events of this season are beginning to take their toll on the players, tiredness and lethargy have crept into our game in recent weeks and we lack penetrative edge we had when Ole first took over. Plus your lot always seem to give us a hard time.

What does your fan value more, earning a EL spot or winning the FA Cup?

So can we please win this lads?

Need Matic and Herrera to hit top gear. With Barca game looming, necessary for them to find form. Is Lindelof with the squad?

Don't play into their hands like last time and I think with lukaku playing we'll win.

Hopefully he hasn't dropped his form being out. There is a risk we might see a very slow Lukaku. Still we need him to get the 3 points.

    Hope you're right.

My head says Wolves could be trouble, again, tonight - they don't seem phased by us at all.

But it also says that shit as we can be sometimes, good as they can be sometimes, not even us are going to play a newly promoted team three times in the season and not win at least once.

Of course we won't know which lukaku turns up but i think we'll need his physicality, the fa cup game we felt way too light up front and also need to be more direct rather than that tippi tappi crap we played last time.

Odd question as winning the FA Cup results in both.

No sense or logic behind this but I have a really good feeling about this game. 3-0 or 4-1 our way.

We really need to come out all guns blazing and put this game to bed before they've even gotten a chance to settle. Allow them any leeway/confidence and we know what Wolves can do. The players have absolutely no excuse to show a lack of urgency tonight, another performance like Saturday and the few previous shouldn't be acceptable.

    Give peas a chance.
We played terribly last time, but I also think that Wolves were fantastic on the night. It was the biggest game of their season by far, and you could tell the players and their fans too were properly up for it. Spirit of the cup and all that.

I'm hoping our players are buoyed by how big a game this could be for us. 3rd and 4th spots in the league are on a knife-edge and these are really the games we need to win.

Be interesting to see what kind of tactics Ole goes with, having played them a couple of weeks ago and not really creating anything.

Its obvious Wolves will go with 3 at the back. Whether it will be 352 or 343, we dont know, but we know they'll have three centre backs, therefore we should be going with two up top, in my opinion.

We created next to nothing against them in the cup. Having two up against their three centre backs - whether it'll be a diamond or 352, will give them more of a headache.

I think we'll go with a diamond that, in theory, should look like a 352 when attacking. Full backs pushed up, holding midfielder dropping into the back line and the forwards central.

We lacked width last time. If we're going to break down a well drilled Wolves side, then we need to stretch the back three/five.

    Ive gone with

    De Gea
    Young Smalling Lindelof Shaw
    Herrera
    Pogba Fred
    Lingard
    Rashford Martial
The RCM (Pogba) and the LCM (Fred) can help create overloads out wide and whip some crosses in, hence why ive put the both on the side of their favoured foot.

Ole said they knew exactly how badly they played on Saturday. I suspect they will be on fire today. Just hope that doesn't translate to careless execution.
