Red Card for Casemiro!
Just to make sunday's contest interesting I want SA winning today. Actually SA winning today would be good for the tournament.
They'd be winning if they got their basics right in the fielding department right now. Once they had Jonty Rhodes, now they have David Miller and Co.

The spirit of Hansie lives on

Nah, we’re just shit. Zero desire.
Do SA have any good talents coming through the domestic setup? It will be very sad if they go in Sri Lanka's direction.

I doubt we’d go into Sri Lanka’s direction. Or well, I hope not :nervous: but yeah, we’re also losing a lot of talent through emigration.

I don’t follow the domestic cricket much as I used to at all tbh. But we’ve been way too slow in planning for this tournament. AB’s retirement etc. all scuppering plans.

Phehlukwayo to bowl the last over... That's poor imo
Should have fecking forfeited the match instead of getting him to bowl. One of the worst bowlers in the tournament.

Williamson though, what a guy. True captain's innings. Brilliant.

Damn, that washed out game between India and NZ would have been a hell of a game! Such a shame.

Called it. He is a crap cricketer. It's sad how many teams are carrying one or two pointless players in their 11.
As harsh as it sounds, hes rubbish. Not great in either aspect of the game - surely South Africa could do better?

His stats aren't even that bad. He reminds of Ronnie Irani. Pointless allrounder.

I reckon its still fair to say New Zealand haven't played any good team yet.
They're a good side but everyone has beaten SA apart from Afganistan and they made hard work of it.

SA are just carrying too many average players aren't they. Hopefully they find some good players to go with Rabada and De Kock after the WC. The likes of Phelyakwayo just aren't up to the standard of past SA teams.

I think they will beat Aus in group stages. They always love beating Aussies in group stages. I think it will be 1. India 2. England 3. NZ 4. Aus. ANother India/ Aus knock out game :(

It's wide open isn't it. England have the best batting lineup, India have the best bowling lineup, Australia and NZ run them close in both departments. Will just depend who peaks for the semis and final.

I still would have England as the favourites. They have a very good side who should be winning this, especially with the tournament being played in their home. Their biggest challenge would be whether they can handle the pressure when it matters.

I really excited for this morning's game, I hope to God that it's not a washout.

Did you guys know that the last proper odi between Bangladesh and Australia was 2011? We've had an abandoned match in 2015 and a no result in 2017 since then.

Yep, that's my worry!
