I just predicted you're future mate. I admire the stance you are making on Pogba but you really do have the blinkers on. Out of interest, who is you're 2nd and 3rd favourite player and is this little football club worthy of their presence?
In this big club but very bad team, Pogba is the only world class player. Martial and De Gea are decent but if they stay in this mess, they will never have a great career. The rest are average or mediocre at best.

Yeah what im getting from that is they are arguing about something and pobga has said something Jesse hasnt liked, and Lindelof is playfully grabbing Pogba telling him to lighten up.

Its probably nothing and we'll probably see another of them joking about soon. But does seem strange that was left in there
Pogba was absolutely rattled, spitting like that out of frustration is out of order, and just continues to play into the uncertainty and toxicity that steams from the whole situation.
But I like it. Lingard is vexed because despite whatever they say, he's a proper Manchester lad and for him, Pogba is doing BS of talking about leaving in public. Or letting his agent speak. He was probably like "Mate, what kind of BS are you, trying to leave like that. I thought you cared about United". And I am very happy the club posted it!
Sure, but to me what's crazier is people burying their heads in the sand about all of this happening. How can anyone with a brain think this is all a coincidence?

It's maybe not a coincidence but I don't care, United is what matters and Ole is the boss now. Pogba, clubs don't want to pay up for you so you will stay. He's on the tour, he's going to have to play his role, and that's it. Selling him would be a favor to him, I for one would just keep him sulking. Btw, Real did that with Kaka, it was kind of amazing. Jose even refused to let him go back to any competitive league at some point or so to put one in him. I'd like to see the same thing here.

Maybe Ole is 'covering' for Woodward to show a brave face for the sake of club and not trying to highlight the problems that are going on behind the scenes because he cares for the club and is trying to make the best of the hand he has been dealt. But this is just what I think could be going on which my or may not be the case and we may only find out if Ole exposes if he gets sacked.
It’s weird how many people seem to think Ole should be airing dirty laundry in public. If we wanted that, we should have stuck with Mourinho.

The reality is, we are one bad tackle on Pogba away from a burstout!

They've just landed, probably all grogy and shit, taking a light stroll, and almost got into it.

Imagine tomorrow, in the middle of a full session, under the scorching aussie sun....one fecking tackle that catches Pogba and it's on like Donkey Kong.

Mark my words.

It's not about airing dirty laundry in public but what Ole depicts just comes across as fake. I think as a manager, it's very important to maintain credibility and transparency with the fans while also keeping the dirty laundry under wraps. We fans are not stupid... We can judge a player and their potential ourselves. So for him to big up players who clearly aren't deserving just makes him look like a Yes Man for Ed.

He is an excellent football player but he is also not a player you can build a team around. He is the final piece to a championship team not a building block. His nature is not to lead and he too easily loses focus and lets his frustrations show on the pitch. I am not condemning him for this as everyone has their own personality but he should never have come here in the first place. It is not his fault but the 3 year Paul Pogba experiment has stalled the development of the rest of the team because we keep trying to find a way to line up to get the best from him to the extent of forcing the rest of the squad to play out of position to accommodate him and signing players to cover for the work he won't do.
You're right, he's a free-spirited creative type, our troubles on & off the pitch would only bring the worst out in someone like him. He came back to his old club for 'unfinished business' and was sold the project by Woody that we were going to get back to the top under Mourinho. Unfortunately, it never really got off the ground, the club wasted a fortune and the Glazers have now shelved this idea, preferring to wallow in mediocrity on a shoestring budget whilst taking their yearly dividends. I don't think it's fair to blame Pogba. It's just bad planning and management from everyone involved in the club.

I'm fully aware of the state of the club and could see why someone would want to go to a club where they are challenging for titles rather than one who's aim it is just to get to top 4 as much as it hurts.

I totally agree with your point in bold and I have been frustrated with the owners as much as the next fan for a long time but Raiola just seems to be in it for himself and doesn't seem care where Pogba goes as long as he gets his hefty cut of the transfer fee.
Oh he definitely is, supposedly de Ligt has had a 150m euro buyout clause inserted into his contract with Juventus so you would think he's not going to be there too long if the market continues inflating.

Raiola is not the reason Pogba is leaving though. Pogba is behind it. He's simply unwilling to spend his prime years at a club with limited ambition and i can't blame him at all.

I dont blame Pogba, he wants to win titles but that clearly isnt a priority for Ed and the Glazers so I wish him the best at Madrid.
We will have to sell him because as seen at the end of last season, if he isnt motivated he may as well not be on the pitch.
The problem is, who is going to want to join our circus if our best players want out? Good luck attracting anyone with any ambition.

That is the biggest issue facing the Glazers currently. Their chickens are coming home to roost so to speak.

Kind of hilarious reading what people are making up in their heads as to what is being said or talked about because of a short video clip which show fraction of their interactions.

Martial / Bailey being grumpy because for an instant in the video they were not all smiley? Then trying to psychoanalyze Pogba from the brief moments is rather silly. And I am one of those people, because I found myself dissecting some of the pictures posted early, trying to be all super smart of oh if the club is not putting Pogba front end center it means something, why isn't Pogba in any of these pictures - it's because he is grumpy. Which obviously wasn't the case because there are actually pictures of him in the background having a laugh with Martial and Bailey. Realized how dumb am being trying to read into things with all these preconceived thoughts.

Only thing that will be meaningful is what happens on the pitch.

I genuinely don’t understand why Pogba is even on the tour. On what planet would this season’s preparations be helped by someone with such a bad attitude that publicly wants out of the club?

Appreciate he’s a decent player but never have been able to stand the guy.

I hope he doesn't spread toxicity around the tour before he fecks off.
He's already doing it. And some of our fans are totally oblivious to it which is becoming to be incredibly amusing to me.

The fanboy tears will be able to fill all the empty rivers after Ole lays the smackdown on Pogba and his actions throughout the whole saga after the conclusion of the already imminent transfer away from United.

I agree, his performances after the new manager bounce have left a lot to be desired. He got outsmarted by Wolves, Watford & Everton. Probably a few more i'm missing. His interview after the Everton shambles to now just makes him appear fake, a yes-man for Woodward.

I'm far from impressed currently.

You mean brief moments like this have no meaning?
Look at the way he spat ffs. :wenger: Pogba seemed like he was going to deck Lingard if Lindelof wasn't there to stop him.

It's not weak management. We give potential buyers leverage if we declare that he can't play for us. His value would drop immediately. This is what Raiola is trying to do with his statements; no need to help him.
He should have got his arse back at the same time as everyone else.
It really does show the other players that it’s one rule for them and one for Pogba.
I want him out ASAP that money used to buy a replacement and a new centre half and I would like to see the back of Jones and Lingaard but we appear to be stuck with our mediocre players, in fact these players stick to United like shit to a blanket!

In a strange twist of events, the Caf now rallied behind social media star Jesse Lingard against the wantaway rebel Pogba

Just posting to express my frustration with this whole sage. Pogba wanted to leave after 18 months, because his agent tells him he deserves better and is better than his teammates.
He is talented but too temperamental and it's going to cause so much drama and tension I think they should have left him in Manchester or Madrid.
Woodward needs to sort this all out, move Pogba on, bring in new midfielders and try to move out a couple of other players, or the team are going to be affected badly before the season even begins.

Pogba doesn't respect Manchester United or Solskjaer in the slightest. But unless we sell for £150 million, I'd let him rot and staying far away from the first team, unless he puts 200% application into working for the future of this club.

I’d love to see that happen to a lot of so called players both at Utd and at other clubs.
The players really do disrespect everything that was good in the game, they cheat by falling over at the faintest touch, tell me what is the point in shaking hands before the match if you are hell bent on cheating during the game?
They argue with officials as do the managers.
They treat contracts as something that just ensures they get paid no matter what till they think balls to this I’m off.
The whole game is turning rotten.

He has a **** around here in the Caf that will defend him no matter what and sees no wrong in him but at least they have decreased a little bit the past few days.

He’s just a twat! We need shut of him ASAP because we need to move forward.
Hopefully it gets dealt with before Pogba creates an actual shitstorm. Like one poster said, one rough tackle or duel for the ball in training and we might see all hell break lose.

Take a look at the top posters in this thread. It's the same posters riddled with agenda.

For someone that loves to mention the "****", you seem pretty obsessed with Pogba.
