Premier League game week 5

I think that's cowardly when you have a free kick in a dangerous area.
And if that goes wrong and city catch them on the break?

Of course Southampton will be over the moon with a point and so they should be it’s a fantastic result

I was watching the Arsenal game and, when it finished, they switched over to City and they were playing into the 97th minute despite only 5 added on. They must have been doing some serious time wasting for the ref to play on that long!

When this season began I was predicting a Chelsea x United battle for the title and third position between City and Pool buuuut... City still should do better than what they showed today. Awful game and Saints' XI is Championship-quality.

They have more quality than Watford, Brentford and Norwich but Ralph has had them punching above their weight. Good coaching and man management

We are just grafting and grinding wins at the moment. Nothing in our play suggests it will be anything better than mid table.
It could have been much worse for you guys. Last couple of results basically saved Arteta’s backside.

Burnley are a nuisance so to get a result there, whether grinding it out or not, is a plus.

It`s Liverpools title to lose now, 3 points ahead after 5 games , can`t see anyone catching them now they`re ahead.

Makes our point against Southampton look a bit better doesn’t it?

Shame that arsenal won two in a row. In the long term it’s good for us because it keeps Arteta in the job longer, but in the short term I was curious as to just how bad the meltdown could become, and more importantly what strange things Arteta would have said.

We're fecked tonight. Coleman, DCL, RIcharlison and Pickford all out through injury. Pickford and Richarlison related to Burnley being thugs.

Var check at 90 min.

Right, when we lose or DRAW:

Sack the manager, Ole can never win a title, dumb coaches, boring, list goes on.
Yes because those are already not convinced by a manager who hasn't proven anything, just reiterate their existing viewpoint. It's different for managers who have a proper reputation and list of achievements/major honors to their names.

Nah, City weren't really time wasting tbh.
It was down to the offside check taking ages.

Only a draw and no goal for Pep and City at home to City. The stats says they City had just 1 shot on target are they counting that injury time goal that was clearly offside?

More results and performance like that and City's home games will be more empty than usual.

Oh, I see! I'm just glad Southampton hung on. I thought for sure it was destined for a late winner from City.

Now, hopefully we capitalise on them dropping points tomorrow!

Feck, Liverpool are looking very dangerous. We need to step up or I hope Chelsea does. Can't stand another EPL for Liverpool.

all the talk about their long injury list, Liverpool could've had everyone else fit last year, the only injury that mattered was VVD (an obvious point but the start of the season has highlighted it!)

I don't know about that. People will always have a go if it's in their nature. I remember when we lost to Derby. fans were clamouring for SAF to be sacked because we'd got complacent. Wenger had rejuvenated Arsenal. Fans wanted Martin O Neill

We won the treble that year. Point, some will always whinge and it doesn't matter about reputation. I wonder what Blue Moon are saying right now about the greatest manager in their history? :D

Let's hope we can beat Westam tomorrow and Spurs pull another result out of the bag and this will have been a pretty successful weekend. Really not worried about 'pool, they'll fade away.

They will probably boycott the games.
