"Doesn't fancy himself non-inverted wingers" and then you went on about it being the reason why Pellestri hasn't featured much. Did I misunderstand something ?Hm? I suggested ETH had a strong preference for inverted wingers, that's why Pellistri is not playing much and Sancho was used centrally today.
Um. Our counter attacks are lethal because of Bruno though.I'll go one step further and say Antony or Garnacho on the right would be even better to try out and let Bruno rest. That front 4 would be lethal in any sort of counter scenario.
I meant ETH has a strong preference for inverted wingers like Garnacho, Antony, Rashford. Maybe I used the wrong expression but I think it meant the same."Doesn't fancy himself non-inverted wingers" and then you went on about it being the reason why Pellestri hasn't featured much. It doesn't matter tbh, I get what you meanI meant ETH has a strong preference for inverted wingers like Garnacho, Antony, Rashford. Maybe I used the wrong expression but I think it meant the same.
Bit quicker and stronger. He looked sharp.
I mean they could and have, but I'm more speaking on all 4 being able to carry the ball as well. None of them are the artistic "killer ball" players that Bruno is, but with Sancho in that spot it would be more driving at the defense from deeper with the other 3 making runs. Just a different styleUm. Our counter attacks are lethal because of Bruno though.
None of those front 4 could pass the ball into the dangerous positions like Bruno in any sort of counter scenario.
Driving from deep in the central position was not something that he had in him. I hope he can develop it but I am not exactly positive about it. I am hoping that he can be very useful in inside forward position.I mean they could and have, but I'm more speaking on all 4 being able to carry the ball as well. Bruno almost always plays on the RW on second halves which, at times, seemed to his performance I might add so far. Not that both can't get better in their new positions.Tweet

The fact that he kept Bruno at RW, who was terrific in that role I might add, and played him at the 10 could maybe be a sign of things to come...
He's got the tools to be a player centrally
Same! Brilliant man management, right there.Love that from ETH. Basically telling Jadon to soak it in and realise that all the fans love him.
Completely agree. Seemed a lot lighter on his feet and happy.Bit quicker and stronger.
You don't think Sancho can drive the ball from the central position? He's one of the best dribblers on the team of course he can.Driving from deep in the central position was not something that he had in him. It was just a lovely moment. Damn… hay fever… at me.. need some tissues.Hearing that pop from the crowd and them singing Sancho Sancho Sancho was a thing of beauty.
The smile on his face and ETH patting him on the head saying "listen to that" was really wholesome. Great to see him back.
It was awesome. No doubt the truth will come out eventually about why he's been gone so long, but if it was why we 'suspect' then this will mean the absolute world to him no doubt. It was just a lovely moment. Damn… hay fever… at me.. need some tissues.
United fans applauded Jose and Moyes. The match OT fans are very nice peopleHe was probably a bit worried about how the fans would react- after all, he's been absent for a long time. It must have been such a relief to him to hear the loud cheers of the OT crowd.
He's always struck me as a good lad (unlike a lot of the young English stars) so it's great to see the reception he's gotten.
