Tell you what, if this is how this guy winds down, imagine what his version of a Spa day is for him.

Bit of a cheat code the lad. You don't lose football games with him in the team

Him and Modric together? Was there really any surprise they won as much as they did.
That Madrid era is probably the best first 11 of all time judged by individual talent.

Pepe then Varane, Ramos, Marcelo, Kroos, Modric, Cas, Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo all at their peaks together? Just unfair.

When Carvahal is your weakest player...

60 million seems like a bargain considering the absolute shite we’ve bought in the last few years

That's crazy when you think of it because Carvajal is absolutely brilliant. He has a trophy haul to match the best of the best. Very consistent player.

To think that we were in for Varane, Kroos, Modric, Bale and hoped to keep Ronaldo...

It’s a bonkers amount of quality

I think players like Casemiero got severely underrated due to most of the credit going to Ronaldo, Ramos (flashy personalities) and sometimes Modric. I’m guilty of that - never really saw his quality over the years if I’m being honest

Hope his transfer fee didn’t include performance-related payments or we’ll be bankrupt

Yes, superb RB, but you have guys like Marcelo who has a strong argument to be seen as one of the best LB's ever, Pepe was a monster CB(even better than Varane IMO) Ramos a superb leader, Cas is one of the best DM's ever, Modric a Balon'Dor winner and one of the best midfielders ever, Bale who might be among the top 5 British players ever, a Balon Dor winner in Benzema and then Ronaldo as the tip of the spear?

Just insane, and honestly makes me much less impressed by their 4 in a row than I should be.

If you think back to the dark days of last season, there was a banner up one game in the Scoreboard End with pictures of Keane, Eric and Bryan Robson and the one word message “standards”. For me, Casemiro epitomises those standards.

Roy Keane running out of words to praise him. He probably sees himself in Casemiro, not that he is the better player though..

I only realized that it was English around the 0:10 point
Taking the piss out of Roy Keane's accent on an Irish Man Utd forum would be a bold move if you weren't a mod

I thought it was just a lip service when Madrid's president said that "you can't replace Casemiro".

It’s gotten to a point where I just laugh when he’s dominating the midfielders yo against him. He just bosses it. Fecking love this monster.

Oh case how much we love you, you'll never know... this is the midfielder we've been crying out for since Michael Carrick I'd say. That big gaping hole in our midfield now squeezed so tight and transitions from defence are now actually a reality

Another great defensive display and such leadership.

Only downside is he's approaching ten yellow cards for the next booking so please DON'T play him against West Ham (unless the two match suspension thing is scrapped?). Need him ready for Anfield.
