So, what's the Glazers reason for not selling the club for the funny money they are offered? Hoping to get more money down the line? The most frequent quote in the media is that they even can't afford to keep the club. I really don't get what they are looking for? Even more money? I've read a couple of hundred of articles and listened to economic podcasts discussing this subject and no one seems to know what the hell is going on. How's that even possible in the world we are living in? Should it not be more "leaks" surrounding this?
The process hasn't even ended yet ffs.

It doesn't need to be Googled there are fundamental differences between a Christian and Catholic. Almost to the extent that they contradict one another. My perspective is based broadly from the theology however not so much the status. So I can understand the generalisation.
Catholicism is a branch of Christianity. Christianity is any religion where based upon Jesus Christ. Not all Christians are Catholic, but all Catholics are Christian

I didn't see this tweet in all the bullshit about virtues and all the shite that's been discussed numerous times.

Seems like Qatar are really in it to win it. I just cannot seem to find an article that corroborates this tweet. Was it a Bloomberg wire or something?

Edit: Found the article.

Its quite obvious they are going to come close to meeting the asking price when its all said and done.

As if 5B for a sports club wasn't outrageous enough. The glazers really have lucky charms up their arses.

Getting the type of ROI that would make even a hedge fund blush.

Jim Ratcliffe had a personal wealth of 15bn. That's a lot more than the entire Glazer family combined. Not only that he also has a huge company with revenues of 60bn a year behind him too.

To say he doesn't have the finances required is absolutely not true. It's quite frankly ridiculous actually.
Doesn't have the wealth to do so without taking out massive loans.

Timestamped the part about Manchester United.

Bloke comes across as very intelligent and well spoken. Obviously there are other issues discussed ad infinitum, but the interview comes across well.

This is a great thread, thank you for sharing! I haven't looked too deeply at the numbers. It also seems to overestimate how much money we could potentially make from a new stadium. But generally it seems like we could fund our operations just fine with a regular billionaire owner assuming the existing debt is wiped.

Agree and the debt element can be achieved by the Glazers too, if they sell a minority share, but I don't see any incentive for them to do that, since shares are their own.

From Google, since you seem too lazy to look it up yourself.

" Christianity is an important world religion that stems from the life, teachings, and death of Jesus. Roman Catholicism is the largest of the three major branches of Christianity. Thus, all Roman Catholics are Christian, but not all Christians are Roman Catholic."

Unfortunately, Jimbo has said he won't clear the current debt, we'd still be saddled with it.

If I had to guess, it will be done by the end of March.

This second round is likely to open the books to the serious bidders for due diligence.

There maybe potential for Qatar to up their bid if the glazers continue to be greedy cnuts.

Ties in with what that Qatari account was saying on Twitter

The Bible hasn’t changed though
Society can progress beyond following archaic biblical law word for word and still observe a religion. When’s the last time you seen some being stoned to death for shagging their neighbor’s wife?

Direct from the horses mouth - “there was a lot of positive outcomes for holding the WC in Qatar”. Sportswashing is real and it works folks!

There’s no way it gets to a third bidding process if this was some Glazer, fake out sale

Don't know whats been the more tedious to read. The nonsense about religion and politics or the constant paranoia about the Glazers staying, as if they wake up and whimsically change their mind depending on their mood

That's his pops - not the bloke in the bidding process.
