I feel like he needs a run of games in the same position to get some rhythm.

Since he's been back from his mental health break he's had cameos as number 10, on the right and on the left which I don't think has helped him.

I still think there's a player in there but he needs to get used to one position with the right players around him who are on a similar wavelength to really thrive.

Seems like a fair weather player. Will play well when the condition is favored, but in balanced or tough situation, not only ineffective but also anonymous

His time is running out. I don't think we will sell him this summer and he doesn't improve, but by the looks of it, he will be the biggest flop of our history.

Let’s be honest he’s just not very good. People can paint it however they like and blame this or that but he’s shown very little since he signed and hasn’t improved in the slightest.

Need to try and move him on this summer, even though we’ll get absolutely feck all for him.

As others have said, he hasn't had one great game for the club. Some great moments but I have never come out of a Sancho game for Utd (or England) thinking what a player.

Turning up fat for preseason training in his first year at the club after getting the contract he did was the first of many massive red flags.

I can't honestly say he should have started and he's shortcomings are affecting a guy like WW. Sancho should be good enough to make sure others around him aren't being exposed.

Honestly, it may be premature but I would sell him. Neat and tidy for sure, but that's not what you want from your winger and he is not creative or assertive enough to play in the middle.

Absolutely not premature. One of, if not the most, disappointing signings in our history.

Weak physically. Seemingly weak mentally. Needs to go.

What’s the ranking of him, Kagawa and Mkhitaryan. Baffled how we seemingly have signed the same profile player from the same club 3 times!

Both Kagawa and Mkhtaryan showed way more. Kagawa even scored a hat trick in the EPL which Sancho can only dream of.

What an unbelieveable downfall. I dont think I've seen such a regression in a player since Ricardo Quaresma. Although he had injuries to blame!

375k a week...

He doesn't need to try does he because he's already guaranteed to be insanely rich for the rest of his life.

We have a very own Deli Alli situation right here at United, the lad doesn't value his career clearly. He's got the ability, what he hasn't got is the hunger needed to succeed.

We will struggle to get rid of him on the salary we've given him. Who on earth is not only buying but also paying him those ridiculous wages.

He will never be a top player. There's no intensity to his game and against PL opposition that's the one thing you can't lack. Also, he looks of out shape.

Nobody. You are stuck with him. The Dele comparison isn't a bad one to make though there is a long way for Sancho to fall before he reaches Dele standards of career destructions.

Players with his physical attributes can still make it in the Premier League if they are agile, incisive, creative. Bernardo Silva isn't particularly fast (though he does have better accceleration than Sancho, to be fair) or strong but he's still been very good for City over the years, mostly because of his technical excellence.

Sancho, however, doesn't really show any of that. Worrying. I still want to like him because he's, theoretically, the sort of player I really like but theoretical performances aren't going to cut it...

Is he seriously on 350k / week? Why? We had no competition when we signed him and he desperately wanted to join. All the bargaining power should've been on our side of the wage negotiations.

Paying 75m (plus 300 bags a week) for a player who had won just a German cup and hadn't even established himself in the England team was pure stupidity.

I did tell people to calm down when they said stupid stuff like he was going to come to us and push likes of Rashford out of the team. German football is absolutely pants clearly as he can't even run past PL defenders and he went through that league like a knife through butter. Then again so did Werner and Havertz so we shouldn't be too surprised.

Worst thing is we are stuck with him too. Nobody is taking him on those wages.

I want to believe in Sancho but this transfer is starting to feel like it'll go down next to Di Maria and Alexis.

This is why young players shouldn't be offered insane money. Yeah the Bundesliga is shite but Sancho was performing in the CL as well.

The hunger and desire is gone now because he's already made it financially.

Weird thing is, if Sancho is playing in that City side, he won't look out of place. Seriously.

Yes he would. Look at who he'd be competing with - Grealish. He's got nowhere near the amount of fight about him Grealish does.

Another very expensive mistake. Given too much, too soon and can lard his way around the pitch for a bit and get paid. Judging him as a professional, he just doesn’t seem to have that fire. More than happy to be warming the bench and comes on with a complete lack of intensity and desire, certainly not like a player that wants to prove he should be starting every week.

Now is probably not the time to be making any big decisions about him. However I have to agree with some of the posts above in that he barely ever played really well for us.

I can’t remember what I said at the time but looking back I don’t know why we bought him. We needed a right winger which he isn’t. I suppose we thought he’s going to turn into an exceptional versatile forward or no10 but at the cost of so much money on a promise of something better, it seems crazy now.

It’s early to say it, but if someone was willing to give us a good portion of our money back this summer it might make sense for all involved. We’re two seasons in and he looks further away than ever.

In terms of technique there is a player in there but he seems to have mentality issues. I'm assuming it's linked to the reason he was out so long earlier in the season. If ETH can find a way to increase his confidence we can have a very good option to play off the left or right but it seems like a big task to unlock this.

Also remember Rashford was absolutely terrible last season but turned it around. I'm not suggesting Sancho can have the same impact but I think it's still premature to completely write him off.

Look at Grealish he's not exactly been great has he?
The truth is they probably ended up going to the wrong team. Grealish is better suited to a team like United where he can pick up the ball and run at the defence like Rashford does at his best whereas Sancho is better suited to a pass and move style plus he already showed how well he could link up with Haaland.
