Tuco Salamanca was 5'7" - wouldn't pick up a fight with him. Stephen Merchant is 6'7" - I think I could still take him.

One must always run away from deranged-looking feckers running at you from across the street.
I don't know, he has that crazy look in his eyes I reckon he would use every dirty trick in the book and next thing you know your bent over with a fist up your ass.

The gulf in ability between Vardy and the rest of his teammates is not even a joke. He should be on the coaching staff, not trying to rescue this lot.

There was enough there to believe you can beat Wolves and Bournemouth. The only question is what the table will look like at that point.

DLC is a sad case. If you had the 2021 version, you would probably be mid table.

It’s hard to remember a decline so steep.
Is that not mostly down to injury ?

Bournemouth. I mistake for West Ham for weird reason. Everton even when they lost have been showing more fight than Leeds has been showing, even when they got point against Leicester not long ago.

Spurs has shown in last couple game under Mason, they had some fight in them. They may still want to get EL/ELC. Who knows?

I don't buy last home game of season argument for a team like Wolves who just being there as professionals than fighting for the shirt. They looked as they got their job done and took the foot off against Brighton not at full strength.
Last year the two worst teams in the league lost on the last day plus Brentford who lost because of a red card and an 94 minute goal and performance wise shouldn’t have lost to Leeds. No other home side lost
I think 3 lost the season before.
What Im seeing is the top sides winning away from home but most of the mid to just above relegation sides show up for last day at home shenanigans

Chelsea and Palace would want to finish above each other. Lampard would want to get a win somewhere. You happen to his only few winnable game.
Yeh but it’s Lampard - he’s a terrible manager and the Chelsea players know he won’t be there next season. If we can beat Brighton we can get at least a point there.

Tielemans was the Caf’s answer to all our prayers at one point. He’s bang average.
Average is a compliment. There seems to be a confusing good technique and general football ability here.

Hard to evaluate individual players when everything's going wrong for a side. People wanted Rashford gone, Bruno sold etc. at several points during this season and last. Same with Shaw, Fred, DDG, AwB, Martial and probably like 90% of our starting lineup.

I think he's a decent player but he's a bit too casual like Pogba and that's why I didn't want him. I'd still take him on a free to be a backup CM.

Wolves last home game for this season would be in gameweek 37.

Last season, there were more other teams failed to win their last home games at home. Stevie G Aston Villa for instance, to Burnley who then relegated. Wolves last season final home game drew at home to Norwich another team that went down. Both case we're their 37th game of the season. Equivalent to Wolves-Evertas their 37th game this season.

When stats is not perfect, it's not a good base to build theory on. And last season was last season.

Some players would not want to look like bad apple, when the new permanent manager confirmed. So they may turn up for the easier games to at least show they have some quality to survive the chop. As bad as Lampard is, you can't underestimate quality players turning up one day to perform closer to their potential.

I get what you are saying but the last game they won was 11th March - they’ve not exactly shown much of anything lately!

You would hope so, but he looks to have lost his touch and any physicality he had too. He was terrible again tonight and not just because of the miss.

He looks like has has lost what made him such a threat.

Love these games where any outcome is fun. Fat Frank losing his first six games as caretaker would be hilarious, but at the same time it would also be cool if Arsenal continue their bottling and fail to win for a fifth time in a row.

I think Arsenal will win it, though. Chelsea couldn't score in a brothel, and haven't exactly kept it tight at the back either.

meh at this point arsenal already bottled it. I just want to see this chelsea free fall continue to see if they sack fat frank before the end. Imagine he loses out. Be literally the worst caretaker ever.

The run is my favourite part of the season. Not just for the PL and top 4 but for the bottom, it’s probably when you see teams at the bottom play their best football. Literally throwing the kitchen sink at the opposition to stay up. £100million games every few days. Best league in the world

Wanted Mudryk, Felix and Madueke as the front 3.

Still waiting.

Chelsea and Lampard are so hilariously bad, that they'll probably win today and cement Arsenals status as the world's finest bottlers.

Smells awfully like old-school management from Lampard getting Auba out the attic for this game. Therefore he's going to grab a quintuple.

Kieran Tierney should have been given a go at CB a bit like Shaw. Holding was a disaster and rightfully dropped today.

Why are these games spread out so weirdly?
Winter World Cup aftermath. So clubs with European football, domestic cup run, were behind in league game. If not spread out, some other teams may finish the league before May 28. PL gets good TV deal, so they got clubs to dance to its tune.

Zero chance Chelsea keep a clean sheet based on the first few minutes which means it's already over.

You see why City are levels above Arsenal and the rest of the league? A very ordinary football game.

I genuinely feel Chelsea will finally get something today.
I’m expecting Arsenal to beat them comfortably tonight. There’s plenty of talent in that Chelsea lineup but they are just such a mess.

Their summer transfer window is going to be crazy.
