Like there is absolutely a management issue this game but also like come on?

3-0 up and throwing this away? Got to seriously question the mentality of those on the pitch again.
The manager and the players are both responsible. It’s that simple. Could a better manager get more out of this side? Sure.

Moyes for all his faults (and he had many) actually did quite well in the CL. ETH on the other hand wasn't able to achieve the bare minimum this season.
Yes, this season has been a disaster. But EtH actually won a trophy last season. Qualified for the CL. Promoted Mainoo and Garnacho. Beat City and the Scousers, something Moyes has probably never done in his life.

Moyes took the reigning champions and destroyed us. It's 10 years later and we haven't recovered from his disastrous reign. He was so bad I'm still convinced it was deliberate sabotage.

He was fecking shite all the same.
Nah, he was just average in a job too big for him. Never said he was anything special at any point, despite him being 'my guy'.

The point I always repeated under Ole was that we wouldn't do better under the next guy without better players.

Turns out I was spot on but even I didn't see someone making us far far worse after £400m spent.

There are managers that install confidence and "never say die" ..... Wouldn't say ETH is one of them. Very underrated quality in a manager...

Has today been the final straw for you?
I mean before the game I was probably 80:20 in favour of stay.

Im now probably 70:30 in favour. I’m taking an incredibly dim view of the players from 70mins onwards though.
3 goal lead. A fecking 3 goal lead. Surely a decent tactician can shut that door when they score one or even two.
Antony and Eriksen should be able to keep the ball better.

It’s shocking all over.

They were all shite. He was shite too. Our standards as a fanbase are fecking deplorable. All this nonsense about who was the 'worst', because by god, none of them constitute as good.

Easily. But, our fanbase has accepted absolute failure and dressed it up as 'progress'.
They've actively excused it and celebrated mediocrity. The reaction to the 7-0 last season tells you everything you need to know about this clubs fanbase.

Both arguments are right, we need to stop treating them as separate points. Ten Hag is complete shit and needs to go. 90% of the players are shit and need to go. There’s no mitigating factors for either, both statements are true.
I agree. But the tweet reads like another excuse for EtH

But we’ve done the comebacks. We did it against Liverpool.

We’re such a confusing club I cannot wait to have some sensible people in charge. Ashworth, Berrada and Wilcox.

Ten Hag or not that will hopefully start to stop the rot.

If EtH coached, it would be basketball. Appalling lack of structure

And the fact that there's still some in here today, in 2024, excusing Ole.

I felt like that was the players digging us out ... Blasphemy to say on here I know

I mean look at this, well be lucky to win here. We need Bruno to dig us out again ....

I'm fecking raging here. This shouldn't be possible to happen. We're such a badly coached, badly managed football team. For as shit as ETH is, and fecking hell he is shit.. the majority of these players are nowhere near the level required to play for this club either. INEOS have a huge job on their hands this summer.

100% the thing he regrets the most in this whole match will be the fact he subbed off Rashford
