babies space babies things he kept saying with correcting himself was annoying.
"Is there something wrong with me?" says the baby
"No, there's nothing wrong with you. You're perfect exactly the way you are" replies the Doctor.
I know they're trying to make a social commentary, but, it doesn't work in this context. There absolutely
is something wrong with the babies. They quite literally cannot fend for themselves, feed themselves, or do anything independently of themselves to survive. They're entirely and utterly dependent on someone else to not die.
literally no one in their right mind would say, "yeah, let's expand these group of babies with yet more utterly dependent children in baby bodies."
