Solskjaer thinks players will be out to prove themselves
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes there are players in United’s starting XI who will be trying to prove a point ahead of the new season.
“It (the game against Spurs) is going to be a test for everyone but it’s a test of character, we want to win the game, we’re a competitive team,” Solskjaer told MUTV.
“The players know we’ve got a strong squad challenging for places and there might be a player or two who want to be part of that starting XI.”
