If @Eboue had only shown a bit more interest he could've had France by now and we could have dominated Europe together. Seems he only likes to complain about the world instead of dominating it to change things. Now we have a strange Danish, German, Dutch, Belgium mix state, heard he even became emperor. I'm sure they're running on the noble estate. That's what you get.

RedSky is allied to Solius the Destroyer and his sidekick BD, so I don't think Eboue had much of an opportunity.

Okay the war ended, and the only changes were that @altodevil grew significantly in Britain. @P-Nut managed to hold on to his provinces, and @Crackers remains unmolested. They may actually have done him a favour, since they forced him to abandon his alliance with Welsh Wonder.
 
Okay none of you are at war right now (Except OP trying to conquer Asia, but he's always trying to conquer some continent or other), so I'll do a stats/map update for the current year (1668) a bit later today.

If you're conquering a lot you'll probably use a lot of Administrative power on making the new provinces cores, so maybe won't have as much to spend on new ideas)

I added a world map. I really recommend expanding that one. Note: some areas are uncolonizable (such as most of the Sahara, as you can see, or parts of Siberia, Amazon, etc). If someone colonizes are large enough part around that area, the game colours the rest in as well. That can be seen with BD in Africa, and Organic Potatoes' colonies in South America, etc.

There's a non-zero chance @RedSky is unable to keep his American colonies for the rest of the game. At least Floride, which is basically the Thirteen Colonies, isn't looking to happy. If you don't do something stupid like help him suppress them, you might be able to conquer them later. Japan is also possible. Stuff gets really conquer'y in not too long.

Also all of India and China are still entirely unclaimed.

Oof that's bad. I was going to ask what their liberty % was. :nervous:

Colonial revolts can be pretty destabilising. As Nimic said, other players can support rival colonial powers into declaring independence. But even if Redsky's colonies don't revolt and only remain restless, they can refuse to support you militarily. Neighbouring AI countries can sense this and if a large % of Redsky's overall army count comes from the colonies.. then they'll smell blood in the water.

Wow. The longstanding alliance between @BD, @Solius and @RedSky, that has been there since almost day one, is over. And how else would it end than because of the Pope? RedSky wants to take Avignon from the Pope, who BD probably allied for that Catholic cred. What a shake-up!

I think the game is trying to tell us something. Now @KirkDuyt is in two separate wars that have to do with being allied to the wrong little country. This is not ideal. @Eboue might own more Dutch territories than KirkDuyt at the end of this. Or maybe @altodevil will cross the channel and grab something. @adexkola might just continue his ceaseless crusade against @Igor Drefljak, while @Abizzz and @V.O. are in a race to gobble the minor countries between them.
