We wouldn't have made the champion's league without him, but I get what you're saying. Hoping we can get one more good year out of him.115m for Caicedo is great if you get ten good seasons out of him.
65m for Casemiro is terrible if you get 18 months out of him. Whatever pace he had is gone and he is left jogging around. Casemiro is not helped by ETH's tactical naiveity.
Football has moved on from that type of a game. Teams get closer to 100 points. Can't afford to be like this.We used to win the league every season often doing that.
Yeah that's sort of my appraisal as well. He was basically left for dead in that midfield but didn't look great either. But he's earned our patience because honestly no DM in the world would have looked good behind those two bozos in front of him, Rodri himself would have been cooked.Left exposed alot due to the formation of our midfield but some of the lunges and getting beat to the ball tonight wasn't good, looked way of the pace like he was 50 years old.
If we’re desperately hoping to get a second good season out of £70 million signing we really are desperate. We wouldn't have made the champion's league without him, but I get what you're saying. Hoping we can get one more good year out of him.
Same here.I get the feeling Casemiro will be in Saudi Arabia next year. Playing football.
Bruno came from Real Madrid? We took Real Madrid's least creative player, but who excels at many other things, and made him our main playmaker. What a piece of business!
