Man of the match so far. Even had a pass Carrick would be proud of to Rashford. Cut out the whole midfield.

Been excellent this half.

Great assist, but he also played two excellent passes to Rashford and was dominant in their box at corners too.

A couple of nice passes to Rashford in that first half. One was a volley on his left foot  (iirc)

Seems to be improving slowly but surely. It'd be a very good selection headache for Mourinho if he can get back to his best form.

Yeah, he played a great first time pass to Rashford too when the ball was still coming down from the air at one point
Saw two guys in the matchday thread actually criticising him for that pass, said it was rushed or something like that IIRC.

Ridiculous

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't to some people.

Said it before that it should and would be BaiLling duo. The fact that Smalling wears the captain armband, shows how much Mou rates him. And I agreed.

Off at half time, hope it's nothing serious.

EDIT: Commentator was wrong, it's actually Rojo that's gone off.

Looked better today than he has for ages. Really solid, especially in the air.

Thankfully he's not a quitter like Memphis and tries rebuild his reputation. Hopefully returning to his solid state of fighting for every ball in the air which was present today.

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
Second best player on the pitch today (behind Micki). I was disappointed and a little worried when I saw he was lining up on the left, but it was probably his best game from that side. Hopefully it continues.

Dominant in the air as always, comfortable with anything on the ground, and his recent improvement with his passing continued.

he was amazing today. very strong in the air, no one can beat him. now we have 3 great available CBs (minus injured Jones) and they will be very important in the next many matches we have to play.

This is the issue with Smalling. He has an ok game today, where let's be honest Leicester practically gave up and all of sudden the Caf are, that was an outstanding performance or superb today, boss!

He had an ok game, better than his last few. Let's hope it continues.

He did have a very good game to be fair, the fact Leicester were extremely poor is irrelevant, he was excellent. To say he was "ok" is unfair.

He gets a lot of stick on here but credit where it's due today, and I thought his distribution was very good too.
