He is a United fan after all. I just don’t see the gov having any influence, the Glazers are American owners, even if it means indirect investment in the Manchester area.
No influence in the glazer decision making, yes. But I'm thinking the gov wouldn't block a deal happening either.

I just want to know if there will be gold plated urinals at the Stretford End if the Qataris take over.

It's just not going to end anytime soon is it. This summer transfer window is going to be an absolute bust and it's going to completely mess up next season for us. The Glazers really just cannot help themselves can they.

Glazers don't care about United, despite what one or two weirdos on here think. They'd rather an extra £10 each and United to be relegated after they leave, than leave nicely and put United in a good position. Simply simply don't care about the club or any of us. Don't know why some (not you) don't see that

True but both buyers want control before July.

That's why I've not been able to wrap my head around people being angry on here that Qatar doesn't seem to be the frontrunner (better offer for United, worse for Glazers) over SJR (worse offer for United, better for Glazers), what did they think would happen in this scenario? I understand it's big big money and a big big deal so they are going to take their time mulling over the offers, it's just very disheartening that it's moving at such a snails pace when a lot hangs in the balance for us :(

Glazers literally are going to ruin this club. Either they stay and it's long-term or they let this run for another month and this ruins the next year where all the usual suspects will be better again

Who cares about a banner. Does that fan have B fan shares or something that are worth 10x the normal fan opinion.
No, but they’re allowed to express their opinion on it like anyone else. I saw some comments on Twitter last night, under a photo of that banner, saying not to worry about United’s match going fans as they’re all 50 year old alcoholics. It’s not a big surprise when there‘s resentment from match going fans about online fans.

That happened a long time ago when they decided to purchase the club with a loan stacked with interest.

They will sell but anyone hoping that this will be done anytime soon are in for disappointment. I think we'll hear about a full sale by around June which will obviously hinder our transfer market but it is what it is at this point. I would take a 5th place finish, losing the cup final and signing no-one in the summer if it means the Glazers sell to a party who want the club to be successful on the pitch.

In recent times, we've "won the transer window" and qualified for the Champions League on a few occassions only for it all to turn to shit very quickly. The club needs a structure, a plan and football people running the show now. We've waited long enough, a few more weeks or months won't hurt.

As for rumours or concrete news: no-one knows anything. A few knobheads on Discord/Reddit/4Chan/Twitter and Sky Kaveh Long Pause don't know jack shit and at this point, are just attention seeking or trying to keep themeslves relevent as a source for breaking news. These very same 'sources' such as the Muppetiers, Mark Goldbollocks, IndyKaila and that awful bloke who presents the Football Terrace, will soon turn their attention to BS transfer stories which they've plucked out of their arses.

Surely Ratcliffe is the best choice? That's if we had one. And do people really want a bottomless pit of cash? You'd all get bored quick fast. He's our only decent option.
I really wouldn't when this squad needs an absolute MINIMUM of SEVEN players

What did this to you ? was it a failed relationship or something else work related?. To continually provide an " in the know" " opinion over and over is quite juvenile.
He's just playing around. It's a Star Wars reference.

That’s without player sales and is more to do with the clubs financials, posting a huge £115m loss which has increased the debt back to £635m and the interest will also go up to probably £40m per year to service now hopefully this years accounts won’t be so bad but if we lost £60m and still have a debt to service plus Amortised Transfer fees and wages of £300m it’s going to be very tough to do anything, which is why we need a full sale asap
The debt has increased in pounds because it’s held in dollars and it’s the exchange rate.
You may thank the shit show of a UK government for that but it hasn’t increased

@Berbaclass is obviously just messing around to kill time and he seems like a nice lad. But his faith in terrible gossip sites/sources like the Muppetiers is quite naive. These guys literally know as much as my grandmother when it comes to Man Utd scoops.
