Heard good news about Elliot they lost something to a software company today.I wish Eliot would just eff off!
Yes, but there is a massive task to renovate the entire stadium, not just 1 stand.88k seems low, but £200m is a bargain! Get it done!
Preparing the soil for the eventual announcement, with the obligatory throwing of a bone. Next is a marquee transfer target.
Major story if you read the full article.
Not really good news given there's a strong possiblity that they'll partly own the club soon.Heard good news about Elliot they lost something to a software company today.
HarryP strikes again.Major story if you read the full article.
It's clear that Elliott Investments with the Glazers staying is the most likely outcome now.
You’re all over every single negative angle.?

Glazers can upgrade the stadium for ~200m and Elliott became more serious about investing after looking at the books because they liked what they saw. What about it is new or revelatory in any way?

Literally a rehash of old news in an opinion piece.Glazers can upgrade the stadium for ~200m and Elliott became more serious about investing after looking at the books because they liked what they saw.
So there's a clear pathway for the Glazers to stay now. Previously it was thought they'd have to sell because they couldn't find a way to afford the upgrade of the stadium. Doesn't look to be the case anymore.

I’m sure someone spending 5b+ would not want to compete against himself and miss you on revenue on the other team, this gotta be made up.Tweet

Is this a rule or they are just making things up?
It’s okay for United and PSG to play each other but not United and Nice? What crap!I’m sure someone spending 5b+ would not want to compete against himself and miss you on revenue on the other team, this gotta be made up.
Good as in they took a loss. Not really good news given there's a strong possiblity that they'll partly own the club soon.
Wouldn't be surprised if this was Qatar and their pals in UEFA making things awkward for Jim.It’s okay for United and PSG to play each other but not United and Nice? What crap!
Also Leipzig and SalzburgIt’s okay for United and PSG to play each other but not United and Nice? What crap!
Think he's assuming Elliott will win so anything bad for them would be indirectly bad for us.Good as in they took a loss.

“Manchester United have secured their place in next season’s Champions League by finishing the season third in the Premier League, after Ligue 1 surprise package, Nice, lost their grip on third place as they slumped to a 29-0 home defeat to Grenoble, a result which featured no less than 27 own goals by Nice players, slightly above the statistical norm. Sir Jim Ratcliffe showed his displeasure by doing doughnuts above the stadium in his helicopter immediately after the final whistle.”Tweet

More that other guy who was belittling Ratcliffe bid and was one stop from saying if the Sheikh wins, he’ll personally get his tool box out and fix the OT crappers.@Loon this is the Twitter tub thumping you were on about?
Yes. There’s a clear pathway now. Didn’t you hear the man? It all makes perfect sense…So there wasn't an option just to expand the South Stand before and leave the rest? They could've gone for that option but to instead had plans drawn up for a full renovation.
PSG and United wouldn't be owned by the same people.*officially*It’s okay for United and PSG to play each other but not United and Nice? What crap!
What has INEOS got to do.with Qatsri state involvement? The simple fact is that Qatar wouldn't be allowed to.buy United if they admit that the state is the buyer. It seems you don't quite get my post, the process will know more than i will ever know. It's not the whole point, that has been dismissed given there is already owners of multiple clubs. Not to worry if INEO owns 3 clubs. Better 3 than 2 right?
Scandinavian Elon.
It’s CLEARIt's nothing noteworthy.
