Re-start of session delayed by a further 15 minutes.

Mercs definitely pitted for new inters with about 7 or 8 minutes left. I think Vettel stayed on the same set all the way through (but not sure on this).
Max with the wet, other with inters and it seems Red Bull made the right call 
Seb and Max fighting like its a race.
