Dortmund Sancho tonight - brilliant link up play, took on the full backs and great goal too. Hopefully he kicks on from here. And keep playing him on the right ffs.

Never any doubts about him, it’s hard enough making a big money move, let alone coming in to a club in the state we’ve been in this season.

Brilliant performance and exactly what I wanted from him when we signed him. Play the man on the right wing, he's class. Occasionally swap wings no problem, but hold the width, link up and drift inwards to attack the space. So sharp and quick and technically good. Going to be brilliant for the next manager.

His footballing brain in the final 3rd is something else.

We've seen glimpses before but this is what I've been waiting for the whole season.

Absolutely fantastic. Wish Ole had just given him the RW spot and given him a run, being in and out of the team, playing in different positions all the time has not allowed to build any rhythm whatsoever prior to this.

Looks like a different player with some confidence and trust already. Maybe it was really Ole who has ruined him.

Back to back quality games.

Both from the right wing, as it should be.

Really pleased for him. Will be a massive relief for him. Get his first in the PL and he will hopefully fly.

Excellent performance. Our controlled approach to the game really suits his skill set, and his teammates were always close by for him to play the game he can.

Great tonight in what was a very defensive/reserved performance from us, have to get players linking with him down that right hand side.

Drill it into AWB to give him options on the overlap and inside to play the one-twos he likes, he thrives on that.

Need him to use this performance as a catalyst to kick on now and gain some real confidence. Will be like a new signing to have him click in this second half of the season.

That’s more like it, was never worried with his lack of form, best performance so far, got to play him on the right, also love it when he comes central and heads towards the box, remember him doing similar for England in the euros

So gifted. Incredible he was benched for nearly a third of the season.
Adds so much more to the right wing than Greenwood does as we've seen tonight. Not hating on Greenwood but this is why Ole should've been playing Sancho all along.

His first touch and close control is Messi-like.

He always has absolute control of the ball when he gets it.

Excellent performance from the right wing tonight and a great goal too. Keep playing him now, hopefully that is him up and running and we can start to see some big performances from him this season.

fantastic tonight, that’s the player living up to the hype we expected.

he’s looking fitter and way more confident, loved watching him tonight

Yep. Greenwood is a very promising player still but he's not a creator at all, he's a striker being player wide. Sancho offers way more both on the ball and defensively. Greenwood has his place to rotate with Rashford as the wide scorer in this team, but Sancho is clearly the guy to be the creative wide player.

Never actually seen him play before United, saw a lot of comments that he should play on the right. After today, I'd have to take you guys' word for it. More than having a good/bad game, he felt more confident and like he knew better what to do, like he felt at home.
