Honestly, yeah, with Mourinho from a footballing perspective, it is. On a personal level, I don't know the guy, but I don't really care about that either. Everything as a manager from him is pretty cnutish. He picks fights with everyone, he insults other managers all the time, over the years his career is littered with unsavoury moments like the eye poke in the classico, he calls out his players in public, deflects blame and so on. From a football managers perspective, a cnut is exactly what he is.
Not sure tbh. Wenger would have officially retired had he wanted to be done with football after Arsenal, which he hasn't, so maybe he would take a caretaker job for this season. What better way for him to repair his reputation than taking over after Mourinho at United and getting us back on track somewhat while playing good football? I see a lot of positives for both sides (as caretaker... but knowing us, we would give him a 5 year contract after 1 good season).
