Marcus Rashford

He quickly became a regular, starting 18 of the 2015/16 season's final 19 games and scoring eight goals along the way, including a famous winner at Manchester City and a crucial FA Cup goal at West Ham. Finishing the season as an FA Cup winner - and with a place in England's Euro 2016 squad to boot - capped an incredible breakthrough for Rashford.
An earlier notable step-up came in 2013/14 when he was selected as a lone striker for an FA Youth Cup tie at Leicester City and he did not let anybody down in what was then an unfamiliar position for him. Perhaps more comfortable operating in the hole between midfield and attack, the Manchester-born starlet managed to hold down a pretty regular place towards the end of that campaign. Four goals in 10 starts, including some real crackers, impressed all Academy observers and there was a feeling he was ahead of schedule.
José Mourinho said:34 plus 18, divided by two, is the perfect age for a football player. So our two strikers are exactly in the perfect age, because 18 is not the perfect age, 34 is not. So I think they can be an amazing complement for each other.
Louis van Gaal said:Then I went to Ajax and Kluivert, 18 years old, gave the same sort of performances as we are seeing from Rashford.
Sir Alex Ferguson said:Rashford is an example of what I think is Manchester United. They are the one club in England who will always identify a Rashford and give a young kid a chance - there is no better club in England at giving young kids a chance.
