When Garnacho came on our left side suddenly looked dangerous and our right went to crap! He’s been awful for the vast majority of his career and should be nowhere near the squad.

Be surprised if he gets over 5 goals in all comps this season at this rate, another shocking performance

The manager shaking in his boots at the mere thought of dropping him doesn't help either

Like any player he has phases where it isn’t happening. Unfortunately he can’t just go back to basics to get himself out of it, as he’s bad at the basics. Poor decision making, first touch and close control. I’m sure he’ll hit a purple patch but in the long term it’s very concerning.

Another 2/10 shitshow. We nearly have November, he isn’t injured and earns a mill a month, how long will it take him to perform?

I've come to the conclusion he'll never be good enough for us if we have any ambitions beyond occasionally breaking into the top 4. We've annoyingly ascended him to some sort of superstar role in the club where he's anything but deserving of it.

Sadly, I think Ratcliffe and his new look Brexit FC will probably want to keep him around as the focal point of the team.

It was another bad performance where he barely created anything on either flank, dribbled into opponents repeatedly, and it was all capped off with the horrible first touch when Eriksen put him through. At the moment, he's much too inconsistent to be deemed a really top class player. Needs goals for his confidence.

He’s been shit lately and Garnacho’s missed some big ones lately. We’re in a terrible place.

Another game where we'd be better off without him. When is ETH going to realise it.

I'd love to be getting paid 300k a week, being able to play like that, still get picked and have absolute maniacs defending and supporting me

Not good enough again today.
He is desperate of a goal or two to increase his confidence.

Would start Garnacho on the left and him on the right in the derby.

He’s unlikely to drop him when his understudy is offering even less and is fluffing his lines in the same way. All of our forwards are playing with no confidence or conviction: Højlund, Rashford, Antony, Martial, Garnacho, Pellistri. None of them.

At least Rashford still gets himself more chances to fluff than the others do. He’s the most likely to suddenly pick up because of that.

Should’ve sold him after last season. Even if that’s what he’s capable of, it isn’t worth what we’re seeing here and have seen before last season too. It’s a shame cause he comes across well off the pitch and it would be fantastic seeing him grow into a consistently fantastic player.

How do you play a man into form when he gets worse every game? As I said on the previous page, I worry this is what we’re stuck with now. Him regressing back to 21/22 form is concerning.

It’s like Theo Walcott at Arsenal where we just wait in hope that and say ‘it’ll all come together next season’ but it never does.

Far too inconsistent to be a regular starter. I’d have him an an impact player in the Garnacho mould but he’s paid too much for that role and he would sulk.

We've seen this version of Rashford before and he ended up with 5 goals all comps in 32 games. This isn't his first rodeo of being hot and cold.

He gets more chances to fluff because he plays more minutes. It's time for him to get dropped instead of us waiting for him to pick up when there's no signs of that actually happening.

It also sends out a poor message to the rest of the team when such an underperforming player can keep his place in the team.

The agendas against him are getting out of hand
It’s not agenda when you’re playing full games week in week out and your main trait is goal scoring and you can’t do that, then you are no use to the team really because others can do better and more rewarding stuff for the team.

His mate's situation must weigh heavily on him. Perhaps he will opt to follow him? I wouldn't say no to that, personally.

That's not true, is it? Actually, I felt Garnacho was quite poor when he came on, and Antony did nothing of note on down the right.

He is playing terribly… there is no doubt about it.

But for me, there is a subtle detail that is getting overlooked.

it might not seem like it, but playing on the left in a possession based 4141 and on the left in a counter attacking 4231 is significantly different.

Rashford is a specialist. He is an inside left channel player, who suits football on the break… with an overlapping full back taking a defender away to allow his 1 on 1 dribbles…. and he is very effective in that system.

4141 is far to slow in the build up for him, and forces him far too wide, where he is doubled up on, and forces him to be involved in intricate build up. Playing to all of his weaknesses and none of his strengths.

Rashford will never play well in this system… but he is not only player that the system doesn’t suit (Hi Bruno)

What's the 2 for ?

Abysmal and a total detriment to the team.

Expect him to start at the weekend

Ask his supporters. Thats the word they slap onto every post that comes anywhere close to calling him out.
Ah, sarcasm. It didn’t come across

*Edit*
Also, where are his supporters? They’ve been awfully quiet this season after slagging and going after any detractors previously
