Once again, he did nothing in a big game. There's no denying that he's a good striker, but he most certainly has a history of doing nothing when it truly counts.

If you're a good enough striker, the keeper has no chance at all. Doesn't matter who it is. The keeper is always at a disadvantage. If they save against you several times, you didn't do well enough.

This is why Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez, Lewandowski etc. do it and the rest pad their numbers against mid-table opponents.

Simple as.

I hope he fecks off for low fee like Mane or leave on free transfer, don't want any club spending 150+ million to start their rebuild.

I don't think he is neccesarily bad in finals, but it does feel that his luck of scoring(incredible amount) of rebounds, stupid goals and goals after keeper's mistake droughts just in final moment and then he can't score to save his life when it matters.

Which probably translates that his great form doesn't quite translate that he is on level with CL great players players like Ronaldo, Messi, Bemzema, Lewandowski, etc.

Final, and CL finals at that are not always tricky. There is nothing really bad about his overall performance. The issue is that he comes across very arrogant with the term "revenge". All those great CL scorers don't always play well especially in the final. They don't take special moment for granted because in crucial game it's a luxury thing.

Look like the Liverpool delusion infects him just like Klopp (book the hotel). Talk too much and too big for their own good.

He's gone from playing well to the verge of leaving to playing badly to seeing out his contract.

Meanwhile his buddy Sane' will possibly leave.

Pretty funny.

Salah was the best of Liverpool’s attackers on the night, and would have scored a brilliant goal only for a Courtois wonder save. The player that really flopped was Díaz, Carvajal had him in his pocket.

Sane leaving it sounds like now... big change around in the market.

Not sure Liverpool will pay crazy money for Salah when they have failed to Win big titles this season with him.

Maybe will run out contract.

Interesting few weeks coming up.

Is there a reason you keep calling him Sane?

He was abit of a disaster in the first half. Loose passing, sloppy touches but he certainly woke up in the second half.
