Good riddance.
@GlastonSpurIt's only a stadium.
I wanted him sacked since Palace.Condolences to VP & the gang. Thanks for the Europa, other than that it was shite.
Fellaini was out of the door and Mourinho fought for his renewal...Two of those players were Jose signings and the others were inexplicably picked by him whenever possible. The new manager doesnt have to make them good players, he just doesnt need to play them.
Of course we should, which is why we won't.We need to go all out for him. I don't know how much he would cost, but just pay it.
Fully agree with Neville's assessment of him just now on SSN.
I'll always support our manager as long as I feel he deserves the support. You don’t have to get under the sheets and hug him ffs, just support the guy.
It's the next stage in the clubs development into a properly big club - Poch appears committed to see this through and will hardly want to leave the club, after all the work he has done, just before it makes that step. It's only a stadium.
I guess when our fans stopped watching games and started making posts about how they don't watch games instead of watching games which they no longer had time to watch despite finding the time to make posts about how they don't have time to watch games.I understand the sentiment that many are feeling right now. Happiness, relief, opportunistic, relaxed - what have you!
But, a thought just struck me, how in the name of feck did we turn into a bunch of fans who celebrate a mid-season sacking of our head coach? Given the situation we had been and all of that, yes, I agree, but even then, what is it with the mid-season sack that makes me want to unrelate to United for a second?
We'll play it safe, I'm not confident we'll make the right appointment to be honest.Rose, Hasenhüttl or Nagelsmann would be so exciting. Doubt they are in contention though.
Not true. Opportunities like Utd don't come around often. He wouldn't leave mid season, but he would have no qualms leaving Spurs in the summer for a better club. Even in crisis Utd have won more in the past three years than spurs have in 30 years. There is absolutely no chance that Poch will leave Spurs just as the new stadium opens. He has been waiting for this for years now.
That might have been the lowest point of this forum.I believed in another "van Gaal sacked" thread at first. And by at first I mean like 4 pages in
What a guy just recovering from a serious illness?Sir Alex, Jupp Heynckes style!!!!
Glastonspur in 5,4,3...
Julian Nagelsmann is going to Leipzig in the Summer so you can write him off.Rose, Hasenhüttl or Nagelsmann would be so exciting. Doubt they are in contention though.
This. It's because we took so long to do it. It should've been done months ago. It's like months of frustration let out one big sigh of relief.
Why not? The chance to manage Manchester United. That has to be a bigger attraction than playing in a new stadium. No chance this happens unfortunately.
Clearly the club learnt from the pre Newcastle debacle about keeping news of managerial sackings airtight. Can only be a good thing really.Best news ever! This has made my day. The loss to Liverpool was a small price to pay.
I know you weren't the biggest fan of him but I completely agree with you there.
Also love how the media didn't have a fecking clue. SkySports until last night were reporting that we had no plans to sack him
Clueless feckwits.
Finally we can get some positivity into this club. Hope we recruit carefully seeing as the last three managers have been complete and utter duds.
