I totally forgot about Arsenal being the other finalist in the League Cup, that's gone fast. No, they qualified through the League cup. City are already in the CL, so EL qualification went to 2nd place in the LC which was Arsenal.
Ah, nice, hope we can batter their kidsArsenal also play us between their EL fixtures.
They're next away game is United, you just know they'll beat us now.Tweet

The Spurs game is forgivable but we should be taking points from every other game.Five.
Bournemouth 2-1
Swansea 3-1
Spurs 1-0
Brighton 2-1
Newcastle 2-1
that sounds wrong but also so rightAh, nice, hope we can batter their kids
He really is. Scrubs up really well when he's wearing a suit and not covered in blood for once.Vidic is dreamy
Was going to add (not literally!)that sounds wrong but also so right
With Jose's record, I'll be stunned. They're next away game is United, you just know they'll beat us now.
That game is just 3 days after their 1st leg against Atletico MadridThey're next away game is United, you just know they'll beat us now.
Yeah, I worded it poorly. Because City have won the League cup, it means there's an extra EL place in the league. Which virtually confirms Arsenal in the EL.Is that confirmed though? I know with the FA Cup, the finalist traditionally takes the place if the winner has already qualified but that's not always been the case with the League Cup.
In any case even if it's not true, they would probably have to finish 8th not to qualify for Europe and they're about 12 points ahead of Leicester there.
Christ, not even playing top sides either!Tweet

Henry looks like he has Christmas lights in his beard.
Beard oil/coconut oil/shea butter/cocoa butter. Also, why has Henry's beard got glitter in it?
It'll depend if Southampton make it to FA cup final no? If Burnley also pass them out then they won't get EL.Yeah, I worded it poorly. Because City have won the League cup, it means there's an extra EL place in the league. Which virtually confirms Arsenal in the EL.
WTF why would you do that?Henry's beard is glistening to me and I'm not even watching it in HD. Amazing.
Southampton would have to win the FA cup I believe. If United, Chelsea or Spurs win the FA cup then 5th, 6th and 7th place qualify for the EL.It'll depend if Southampton make it to FA cup final no? If Burnley also pass them out then they won't get EL.
As I understand it, the only way that the team in 7th at the end of the season does not get an EL place is if Southampton win the Cup.It'll depend if Southampton make it to FA cup final no? If Burnley also pass them out then they won't get EL.
League cup runners up never got a EL spot. FAC runners up used to get one but they changed this a couple of years ago. Now that spot goes to the league position instead. Is that confirmed though? I know with the FA Cup, the finalist traditionally takes the place if the winner has already qualified but that's not always been the case with the League Cup.

I can't because I dont have the HD channels, have to subscribe extra for them so I'm on standard definition!WTF why would you do that?

Ahh Samid cleared it up. They changed the rule a few years ago where the FA Cup runner up would get the EL spot.As I understand it, the only way that the team in 7th at the end of the season does not get an EL place is if Southampton win the Cup.
I can't believe "standard definition" is even still a thing!I can't because I dont have the HD channels, have to subscribe extra for them so I'm on standard definition!
Yeah it's bullshit you get charged extra for HD. Should come as standard. It's 2018 for fecksake and we'll all be on 4k soon.I can't believe "standard definition" is even still a thing!
Good call, oh how Mourinho would love to twist the knife in that game and finish off Wenger.Arsenal also play us between their EL fixtures.
Absolutely no chance. They're next away game is United, you just know they'll beat us now.
Exactly!Yeah it's bullshit you get charged extra for HD. Should come as standard. It's 2018 for fecksake and we'll all be on 4k soon.
It does. lolYeah it's bullshit you get charged extra for HD. Should come as standard. It's 2018 for fecksake and we'll all be on 4k soon.
They've only won away games in the league this season when Sanchez has scored for them. I say we at least keep him out of our box when we're defending, as a precautionAbsolutely no chance.
Not here it doesn't. You get some channels, but Sky and BT charge you for HD.It does. lol
You can access BBC1 on HD though, you just have to look for it. Same with ITV main channel.I don't get BBC1 isn't HD by default, but BBC2 is.
You missed the joke They come as standard, as in standard definition. Not here it doesn't. You get some channels, but Sky and BT charge you for HD.
Bugger. You missed the joke They come as standard, as in standard definition.
