Yeah. Probably one of those where he isn’t ready but could play if absolutely necessaryah ok! guess they're hoping he's nearing fitness if he's on the bench

When he choked you mean..We were winning the tie when he left the field in Madrid and we were winning because of him.
Yeah. That was still technically in our hands.Yeah, it should have been over that day allright..
That is a brutal number !!It’s fair enough that Leeds may go down given they’ve shipped 76 goals. That’s horrendous. That’s a whole 20 more than Everton. And Man United.
Being in the right place at the right time is an art. Takes inteligence and good timing. Can't teach that!A lot of cut backs to him. He misses so many one on one chances but cut back to him to tap into the net he's great at
The Bielsa factor that was. All well and good when you are scoring goals which Leeds struggled with this season. It’s fair enough that Leeds may go down given they’ve shipped 76 goals. That’s horrendous. That’s a whole 20 more than Everton. And Man United.
I think you can teach thatBeing in the right place at the right time is an art. Takes inteligence and good timing. Can't teach that!
Grealish could have had two goals the other night against Newcastle but didn't because he hasn't got that poacher instinct.
People talk as if it's it easy but the fact that only 34 players have done it in the Premier league which started in 92/93 says it all.
Grealish to bag 20 goals next season then.I think you can teach that
The way city play im actually certain pep has taught him
Also Ferran Torres wanted to go to Spain and considering City are buying Haaland getting rid of midfielders is the right thing. Can't believe City let Ferran Torres go and kept Sterling. Home grown quota and all that I guess.
My question to you would be, if he has been ''so shite repeatedly'' then why is it that clubs continue to pay a big fee for him?Oh come on, that is sooo sh!t to still allow him to score.
Has a striker ever looked so utterly sh!te so repeatedly with his reputation and costs?
Morata ? Lukaku’s numbers in his career for club and country will always be good but I’ve never seen a ST with so many defects that looks the total opposite of composed be so effectiveOh come on, that is sooo sh!t to still allow him to score.

I know that this might be me snorting copium but Torres was much worse for us than Lukaku. Also a much bigger drop from the level he showed at Atleti and Liverpool to what he displayed at Chelsea - though in fairness this was in large part down to his knee problems.Oh come on, that is sooo sh!t to still allow him to score.

There just seems to be a worrying dearth of top class strikers these days.Morata ? Lukaku’s numbers in his career for club and country will always be good but I’ve never seen a ST with so many defects that looks the total opposite of composed be so effective
If he can follow instructions sure maybe.Grealish to bag 20 goals next season then.
Morata hit the ground running for us - his first 6 months he was genuinely excellent. Then that winter he had a back injury and one of his best friends passed away which really exacerbated his underlying mental fragility.Morata ? Yep that was definitely one of the premier league's biggest drop offs in ability.I know that this might be me snorting copium but Torres was much worse for us than Lukaku. Also a much bigger drop from the level he showed at Atleti and Liverpool to what he displayed at Chelsea - though in fairness this was in large part down to his knee problems.
I feel that is due to the game changing where most top teams will have their more lethal players at LW/RW with the ST being a more false 9.There just seems to be a worrying dearth of top class strikers these days.
Which is why the likes of Ronaldo, Ibra, Cavani etc are still massively sought after deep into vet status.
And why players like Lukaku that truth be told look like they can't control a ball half the time go for such mad money
Yeah but I meant the fact as he goes to all clubs for insane money yet has never really justified itMorata hit the ground running for us - his first 6 months he was genuinely excellent. Ah gotcha, apologies as I somehow misread your post despite it being pretty unambiguous - makes sense and certainly wouldn't disagree on that basis!Yeah but I meant the fact as he goes to all clubs for insane money yet has never really justified it
You make it sound so simple. Sterling has been City's top goalscorer for the last how many years? The only players who has scored 20 goals for City in the EPL since they had Aguero. If it was simple as you make it out to be, then the others would be doing the same, no?If he can follow instructions sure maybe.
Wow! James has turned into a right thug since leaving United (the proper United!).
That’s awful. James is off the ground as well.
He used to be consistently good, he has ranged from okay to poor to downright terrible for a couple of seasons now.You make it sound so simple. Think it's time we start putting some respect on his name!
