Dunno about the first shooting, which is what I assume he's been arrested for. But the second and third are pretty clearly self defence arent they?
Eh? He kills a person who is trying to stop him after he murders someone on the street, and you think that is self defence?
Let's say a terrorist decides to go on a stabbing spree. After he stabs his first victim onlookers try and stop him. The terrorist then stabs and kills them too. Are you saying you'd call the subsequent stabbings self defence?
As he was running away he gets jumped by 4+ guys, one of whom kicks him in the back of the head and another swings at him with a skateboard when he's on the ground. So, yes, self defence. You can't expect him to let the mob beat him to a pulp.
Doesn't remotely compare. Firstly you don't know the circumstances of the first shooting, whether it was in cold blood or not. Secondly the guy is clearly running away to escape and isn't posing a direct threat.

He posed enough of a threat to immediately thereafter kill another person. Who's to say he wasn't just backing away to then get more shots off? I don't understand how it's possible for you to be on the wrong side of everything.

This may have been posted before but at the end of the video bizarrely, he walks towards the cops with his hands up and people are shouting that he shot people and the cops just drive past a clearly armed man walking away from the scene of a shooting.
He's even asked if someone is injured ahead.

This is the 17yo, with and assult rifle who shot the 3 last night..... listen to the end where the police say "We appreciate you, we really do". Why are there no police shooting him? the only video ive seen is the one when he was being chased around the car, he shot back hit thr guy in the head then called the police on himself.
But apparently because he was at the gas station protecting property, when that guy starts chasing him there's a possibility this stand your ground law can kick in where you can use lethal force to protect property or your person.
