Have to be honest I would forego the kebab. Not being holier than though but that's what I do at the moment don't take unneccessary risks. You’re telling that like a good story

Personally I don't see the point of booster shots yet. So far the current vaccination regimen has worked fine to protect against hospitalizations, severe disease and death. How confident are people that the uptake of booster jabs will be high enough? I know a few people who got both jabs and are saying they just don't want to go through it again, especially those that were a bit ill afterwards initially. I'm not saying they're right, i'm just wondering if this might be an issue.
My first jab was a pretty bad experience and although i'm definitely having the second, I can't say I'm keen on going through all that again.
I'd question the hygiene of the staff of the place! They clearly don't care about their customers health.Have to be honest I would forego the kebab. Not being holier than though but that's what I do at the moment don't take unneccessary risks.

The government don't have to celebrate freedom day by going into quarantine. Let the bells ring out:

Wow. 711 wrong again shock. That's answered my question thanks, it is an assumption.
I don't see how he could justify not isolating personally, but I daresay we'll find out tomorrow, lots of politician-interviewing takes place on Sunday mornings.
Ok I now think we’re in trouble…The government don't have to celebrate freedom day by going into quarantine. Let the bells ring out:

Genuinely burst out laughing reading this. They are such a bunch of cnuts. No shame whatsoever.
Let me guess, this pilot programme was launched about 20 minutes after they were notified they needed to isolate.
It was pretty inevitable wasn't it?Very true I’m sure they’re not, but lots will use any excuse they can to reinforce their view that they don’t need to isolate, wear masks etc etc.
Not really, the good part was that I’d forgotten my mask so was worried about being able to get my food - the fact that no one else was bothered about masks was a bit worrying at the same time, although I assume this will be the norm in England from tomorrow anywayYou’re telling that like a good story
What kind of message does this send out ? They’re either really bad at their jobs or give zero fecks about the general public now.The government don't have to celebrate freedom day by going into quarantine. Let the bells ring out:

Whats more dangerous is if they’ve actually decided to roll this scheme out to others now to cover their own backs:The government don't have to celebrate freedom day by going into quarantine. Let the bells ring out:

Definitely both. What kind of message does this send out ? They’re either really bad at their jobs or give zero fecks about the general public now.
How stupid do you need to be that you don’t know there’d be a backlash to this? They’re so media conscious yet they don’t know the basics. Just absurd.Could this be the fastest U-turn ever? Wankers.
7 posts up@711 That assumption didn’t work out too badly did it?
Haha sorry missed that, you could have got bonus points for saying he will never make a u-turn on the issue either7 posts up
feck me Pex they've just reversed. Now they will. I totally give up. I hadn't seen that.Haha sorry missed that, you could have got bonus points for saying he will never make a u-turn on the issue either

You turn if you want, the Lady's not for turning.....Haha sorry missed that, you could have got bonus points for saying he will never make a u-turn on the issue either
Because we don't actually care. We bitch and moan and act all outraged at everything the government does, but half the country are alt-tabbing across to pornhub after that online-moan, before illegally visiting our friends and family. Why aren't you guys protesting, why do you accept these assholes as your leaders?
It was the statement of a dogmatic fool. You turn if you want, the Lady's not for turning.....
Such a powerful statement.
Politics of the past.
It's staying home!Nothing can more accurately represent these idiots than one of them getting Covid, potentially passing it on to the other two just as 'freedom day' comes up, them scrambling to not have to self isolate on aforementioned freedom day and then scrambling again after probably realising the terrible optics of it.
So Boris will be isolated on 'freedom day'.
Outstanding.
I don't doubt that. But if was a powerful statement nonetheless. It was the statement of a dogmatic fool.
Besides most not caring enough and just moaning online, they still have huge support, Boris is hugely popular and well liked. The Caf is mostly left leaning tooWhy aren't you guys protesting, why do you accept these assholes as your leaders?
