Drew 1-1 against Manchester United - brilliant. They played a full strength side as did I and both of us had a player sent off. We both had the same shots overall (17 each), but I had one more on target (9 to his 8).

These Friendly Results are terrible.

I beat Everton 4-1 at home, both played first teams.

Liverpool drew 0-0 against Crawley, Excal fielded his first team! It's all very random and I think means nothing.

Truth like rain don't give a feck who it falls on.
:lol: Well played Damien.

Manchester United would like to welcome Gianluigi Buffon to the club. It is hoped that young starlet David De Gea can benefit greatly from being an understudy to the veteran goalkeeper.

The club wishes Sam Johnstone all the best in his future endeavors.

So decided not to take up my offer Zarlak? I'd point out that Hernadez came to me on loan last season (90 rating) and went back to you with no issues. But I understand.

Fratton Park, play up Pompey!
I'm pretty pleased with my squad gearing up for next season, after relegation and losing good squad players like Shevchenko and Maniche to retirement I've rebuilt a decent side.

New signings include Diego Capel, Nedum Onuoha and a couple of centre mids to bulk up that area. Some good results in pre season so far too, I'm pretty hopeful of my chances of at least making the playoffs in Div 3 this coming season.

Well done he’s 13
Just realised my stadium capacity has been increased by 3385 to 23531. Still too small though. And he expects me to avoid relegation... :nervous:

I wonder which teams chairmen expect them to get relegated this season in Division 1.

Bit odd that at least 2 of the promoted teams are expected to avoid relegation unless I've been overestimating the quality of the division.

Congrats on the capacity expansion. Omar will be looking at you with envy.

"Avoid relegation" is the lowest expectation any chairman will have. It's not so much that you will, it's that he expects you're too shit to do anything but fight to not be relegated.

Levo/Excal are you re-loaning Balzaretti/Iturraspe or was it just for the season?
Not for the time being as I have little back up, you'll get first dibs if I do though at some point.

That's cool, thanks.

Looking for a central midfielder, preferably versatile and around the 88-90 mark. Age not too important. I have a bit of cash. Cash + a player would suit me best.

Forgot to say, I am very happy that I got Maxi Beister. Very good talent in Germany, and he's back at Hamburg this season.

Also has a full YouTube compilation.

Stoke are please to announce the following transfers in:

Tom Lees
Gael Kakuta
Sam Ameobi
Jhon Pirez
Victor Anichebe

The lost cost about 7 million. None will walk into the 1st team but my squad needed number and they are all players who could/should rise as they get more games in the real world.

Bakkal and Dabo starting against Wigan tonight, their last game for Forest.

Meanwhile Forest youngster Acquistapace, fresh from his rating increase makes the bench.

Dabo the Forest Captain inspires Forest to a 2-1 Win in his last game for Forest. Bakkal nets the winner in his last game for Forest. De Gea fails to keep a clean sheet in his debut game.

Oddly, Wigan and Forest play again tomorrow in the League for real.

Good loan signing. You've got one of the best keepers in the division there.

Meanwhile my current first choice is 19th on list of best first choice keepers in division 1. Could do with a better one on loan, but doubt there are any suitable backups available anyone will be willing to loan me.

List of first choice keepers in division 1

1st - Iker Casillas (95 - Liverpool)
2nd - Gianluigi Buffon (94 - Manchester United)
3rd - Manuel Neuer (93 - Manchester City)
== - Victor Valdes (93 - Newcastle United)
5th - Petr Cech (92 - Chelsea)
== - Julio Cesar (92 - West Bromwich Albion)
== - Joe Hart (92 - Arsenal)
== - Hugo Lloris (92 - Fulham)
== - Pepe Reina (92 - Sunderland)
10th - Igor Akinfeev (91 - Bolton Wanderers)
== - Steve Mandanda (91 - Stoke City)
12th - Brad Friedel (90 - Tottenham Hotspur)
== - Arruda Helton (90 - Coventry City)
== - Tim Howard (90 - Everton)
== - Salvatore Sirigu (90 - Wolverhampton Wanderers)
== - Roman Weidenfeller (90 - Aston Villa)
17th - Diego Benaglio (89 - Millwall)
== - Andriy Pyatov (89 - Blackburn Rovers)
19th - Tim Krul (88 - Leeds United)
20th - Sam Johnstone (76 - Swansea City)

Surprisingly beat Cardiff. After being humiliated 5-0 away to Charlton (fecking Charlton), I thought I'd get beat again. 3-0 to Swansea. :D

Liverpool at home tonight. :nervous:

What's the deal if a player seems to have NMF next to his name forever? If I sign him will he take weeks to get back to fitness?

Well, I forgot about this for a while and now I find I don't have a club anymore!

I also can't get back to the beginning to start again with our league.

Any advice? :lol: (sorry)

Got the worse possible start to the league, Chelsea away. Don't see me learning much about the team from this game.
