"Chelsea and Man United go head to head battling for Kieran McKenna"For those who can't/don't want to watch the clip (Tier 2):
The presser was held today.Tomorrow’s press conference is going to be a shitshow.
We need to get out in front of it. Before Ten Hag walks in, the journalists present need to be told that they are there to ask questions about the FA Cup final, and that a zero tolerance approach will be taken to any other questions. No second warning, just immediate removal and a permanent ban from United pressers.
Ah. Shut up DiarmThe presser was held today.

But what if he’s not here to stay and they don’t have faith in him? Would it not look more unprofessional to publicly back him and then sack him a week later?Unprofessional from the club not to go out with statement that tenHag is here to stay and that club have faith in him. At least so he knows he got backing before the final and can concentrate on that. Media with rumours and fake news are not there for the good of our dressing room. But we've seen the club silent when it matters the most with VAR and referees so I wouldn't bet that they would come out with something that resembles vote of confidence.
Agree. If we could somehow pull off Todibo for that price and Tosin on a free then it would be a major boost. I wouldn’t even be against us signing a 3rd centre back as well if we shift either Maguire or Lindelof for a fee. We need bodiesThis would be a really good bit of business.
Probably because he's not here to stay and it's not fake news and rumoursUnprofessional from the club not to go out with statement that tenHag is here to stay and that club have faith in him. At least so he knows he got backing before the final and can concentrate on that. Media with rumours and fake news are not there for the good of our dressing room. But we've seen the club silent when it matters the most with VAR and referees so I wouldn't bet that they would come out with something that resembles vote of confidence.
Why should the club brief something that clearly is not true?Unprofessional from the club not to go out with statement that tenHag is here to stay and that club have faith in him. At least so he knows he got backing before the final and can concentrate on that. Media with rumours and fake news are not there for the good of our dressing room. But we've seen the club silent when it matters the most with VAR and referees so I wouldn't bet that they would come out with something that resembles vote of confidence.
Why wouldnt it be directly after? Presume if it does happen then it will be a few days of meetings etc. to sort out a payoff etc.Tweet

Sky reported we spoke with McKennas reps during the week sending the rumour mill in to overdrive. What the fecks going on?
But what if he’s not here to stay and they don’t have faith in him? Would it not look more unprofessional to publicly back him and then sack him a week later?
Sometimes the best thing to do is give wild speculation the response it merits: none.
Probably because he's not here to stay and it's not fake news and rumours
Because club would be better of if it put official statement before TheFa Cup so everybody involved in the team can feel confidence. It is about leadership. Togetherness. Unity. Manager needs to know that there is belief. Why should the club brief something that clearly is not true?
They probably realise that with Ten Hag in charge, there's no way to win that game anyway.Because club would be better of if it put official statement before TheFa Cup so everybody involved in the team can feel confidence. It is about leadership. Togetherness. Unity. Manager needs to know that there is belief.
And what happens after that final?Because club would be better of if it put official statement before TheFa Cup so everybody involved in the team can feel confidence. It is about leadership. Togetherness. Unity. Manager needs to know that there is belief.
and then we sack him a few days after the final? Nope. You're wrong.Because club would be better of if it put official statement before TheFa Cup so everybody involved in the team can feel confidence. It is about leadership. Togetherness. Unity. Manager needs to know that there is belief.

Why though?Would prefer to see Poch come in.
The fact there is zero news re his future from the club means he's going to be sacked. If they have decided to continue with him they will already let us know BEFORE the final. I dont think scamming out lucky win in the final is enough for him to save his arse. If they gave him a vote of confidence prior to the final and sack him after it will look stupid.Because club would be better of if it put official statement before TheFa Cup so everybody involved in the team can feel confidence. It is about leadership. Togetherness. Unity. Manager needs to know that there is belief.
Was also Dutch.Thge last time we won the FA Cup the manager was sacked immediately afterwards.

These things happen when you finish 8th. Tough titty.Imagine leading a team to a final knowing that you’ll be sacked soon after. A true test of character and professionalism.
