It's true of most of the teams, the European ones in particular. Spain pass, pass, pass - but could do with more goalscorers. England are learning to pass it out from the back. Germany win games, even when they're looking uninspired.

Inevitable really, coach training will be the same. Some of the coaches will the same. The younger European players may come from clubs like Barcelona that have the same coaching philosophy for all their teams, including the boys and girls youth teams. It's nice seeing the traditional national football stereotypes played out though.
I wish our US Men’s team had the same philosophy as the Women. ;)

I just read the Nice ground holds just over 36,000. The crowd doesn't look too bad at all, how many are there tonight?

Unicorn Country.
With Chile playing Thailand tomorrow, GD is going to be key. Hopefully they can get at least 1 more in the second half, 2 without reply would be perfection.
Fingers crossed. Its been 21 years since Ive been able to watch scotland at a major tournament. To see them make the group stages for the first time in history would be something else. And maybe give the mens game the kick up the arse it so desperately needs.

edit: feck yeah, goal number two!
