The crowd is nowhere near hostile enough for any ref to be intimidated.
I fear for England a same scenario as for the men's Dutch NT in 2010. You can play as well as you want the entire tournament, the problem is you'll be playing Spain in the final if you make it that far.
It's been far too comfortable for England.
Ref is atrocious. She seems terrified to give anything against Australia.
