Well done Australia. Lehman has done a great job with them the last 18 or so months. Best side wins it.

Such a dominant display.. No wonder they were favourites since the start of the tournament.. Congrats Australia!!

Next world cup is in England right? Maybe England can finally win a world cup.. Needs to sort out a lot of stuff though..

Get the party started, Australia World Cup winners. Shit game but many in the country won't care. Commiserations to New Zealand who arguably provided the match of the tournament against South Africa.

He is not very bright outside cricket and leg spin knowledge so you never know. Few days back there was a stat that when some player scores 50+ his team wins 80% of matches. Warne deduced from it that if you get him out for less than 50, his team loses 80% of matches.
 was watching when he said that and remember thinking "this guy is famous for playing poker?"

Was hoping for an upset today and there's at least six blokes in this Australian team I can't fecking stand but Michael Clarke's always been someone I've admired. Glad he gets to go out in these circumstances. Aussies couldn't possibly have been more professional and clinical in a final as well. Impeccable performance.

Smith seems like a really good lad. Will be interesting if they make him the ODI captain or stick with Bailey now.

Who in the Australian team can you stand just out of curiosity? I've always been a bit cold towards them. If they do well, I'm happy, but if they lose I never get pissed off, annoyed or angry.

He's the greatest spinner of all time, but I don't think there's much doubt that he was taking drugs to regain his fitness. So we'll have to agree to not to agree at all, Archie.
He took an over the counter drug from his mum.

I doubt he took roids.

Harsh on Misbah not to be mentioned in that "great cricketers to retire from ODIs" thing.

Various players. David Warner comes cross like a 24 carat cockhead, which was more or less confirmed with the way he carried on this summer. I've never liked Twatto either, just seems like the purest sort of braindead, blonde-tipped sports jock you come across on a night out. Don't like Haddin either as he gives off a distinct whiff of bogan. To be fair, I hardly watch the pyjama cricket so I haven't had much exposure to some of the blokes in this side.

Warner, Watto, Haddin and Johnson are proper cnuts. Rest of the squad seem like a decent bunch.
