Thatll be until they process all renewals and see what they left with.

cant get through myself, desperate to move, but they don't even have the facility to leave your number, just cuts off....i suppose everyone is trying to do the same thing in the first two hours

yeh I just tried myself. After hearing a please try again announcement it cuts off. I would have tried at 8am as soon as lines opened but I was in a meeting

Really really want to move from E333 Row 37 to a few rows down

Not had a season ticket for ten years- thinking of getting myself and my son a membership each though- are tickets fairly easy to get once you have a membership? I know it's a bit of a lottery obviously?

Bit of a nightmare really. Last season they had a window open for members to purchase tickets after the fixtures were announced. I had problems selecting seats and the page kept on timing out. The online ticket purchasing system is horrible

Only looking at going to a few games really, how long before games is the window open or is it literally a case of it opens start of season and you apply then?

It's worth having memberships if you fancy going to games, I reckon. You have that window to buy tickets which I have never been involved in but you also have the chance of picking up returns right up until the day before the game which I done for a few games in the season just gone.

Opens start of the season and all the games are available to purchase which is rubbish as kick off times are not confirmed. Uniteds 1st home game will be listed as a 3pm kickoff but Sky might want to televise it and move it to Monday night which messes up travel plans.

Also if a game is sold out, you can register your interest and as a member you will get a call from the ticket office if they have any returns. For the big games, you enter a ballot and last season I was succesfull for Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal

I have to admit that I thought last season was horrendous. They seemed to sell them all at once. however, it wasn't that hard to get seats as the season progressed at all as a member.

Got my move. Had to go back four rows, and switch e334 to e333 but still pretty central, and still in first quarter of the stand.

thatll do i think. Had to escape the family right behind me!!

Also be wary of the Europa dates when booking, as we will have all games directly after Thursday night matches put back to the Sunday regardless of whether they're on TV or not.

Got through to them after 90 minutes on hold, no better seats available in the Stretford End unfortunately. Maybe next year...

I'm in W3105 so stretty upper near to the south stand. Trying to move a little more central and lower but i'm guessing it will take a good few years. Happy where I am to be honest but thought it would be worth asking.

What number do you call to ask for a move? I'm on the last row of NW3434 and desperate to move forward a bit or to somewhere in the Stretty tier 2 preferably.

just the normal phone number, 1 for ticket services, and it was 3 for talking about existing season tickets.
It's all a game of luck at the moment.
Someone will get a peach of a pair in ET2 that I vacated, but with the "to be discovered" treat of an abusive halfwit behind

Do you just have a single @TakeMeHome? They told me earlier no pairs in 333or334 central.
Yes I have a single. My brother in law has one in the SAF stand and he doesn't want to move to East stand and there's no chance I'll get one in the SAF stand so happy where I am for now.

Same number. press 1 for ticketing services and 3 for existing season tickets. 3 will cut you off but I pressed 2. You can either wait for 2 hours until they answer or request a call back which I did and I got a call back within an hour and a half.

That's a shame, that you can't sit together, or agree on a mutual stand

If it works though, fair play. I remember sitting next to an old dear, looking across the isle and seeing her identical sister. Offered her a swap, so they could sit together, but apparently they'd been doing it for however many years and liked their aisle seats!

Just ringed them. They're saying they can't accept seat transfers any longer because all STs are now sold out. If someone wants to switch let me know! :)

Bit harsh on you, as for obvious reasons they didn't ever actually say yesterday was the one ticket move day allowed.

Not quite sure what season tickets being sold out affects though, as say there are 50-55,000, that'd surely mean there are at least 10-15,000 empties to be sold on match by match basis, that you could choose from, ie every seat that isn't an away fan or corporate one, that isn't a season ticket holder!

Anyone know of a seat by seat breakdown chart of Old Trafford? The by block version is very easy to find, and in the season you can simply pick any game and drill down seat by seat. (Can't do this for the sports relief game unfortunately - just by block)

Trying to work out how close to an aisle my new seats are. Does anyone sit near an aisle and can confirm the below for sure?

I believe E334 aisle ends at 77, so on the sheer logic that E334/333 are the middle blocks, and there's 76 to the right of E334, must be 76 to the left of E333, and thus aisle is seat 104?

I live abroad, but would fly over for matches. Season tickets are sold out as far as I've heard. What are my best next steps to get tickets? I keep reading membership, is it the best way to go about things?
Appreciate any advice.

Yes that's it mate.

Membership gives you first dibs on tickets now. In the next month or so united will release about 15 premier league game tickets on sale.

I've just had an email from the club which says there's a limited number of season tickets available in the singing section, if I want to move seats. Anyone without a ticket, it might be worth ringing them ASAP.

I passed on the same info to a friend, he phoned up and was originally told that the available seats were only for existing season ticket holders wanting to move, then the advisor eventually relented and sold him one! He's absolutely chuffed.

Phoned up there and managed to get a restricted view ticket in one of the quadrants.

It was £399. Not sure how restricted it is but my foot is in the door now so if it's really bad I can try and get a move next year.

I called and spoke about those. He wasn't sure just how restricted the view was which put me off a bit. I've sat in the quadrants before and the view isn't bad.

Which quadrant is your ticket in?

North West. Wasn't too fussed about the restricted view as long as it was a good bit cheaper, which it was. Just need to wait and see how it looks
