That's something I can't understand.

Lets say that Mino arrived to OT today with a young Argentinian kid. This boy, is Barcelona's no 1 youth talent and he can set up a deal for us for 1m as long as we give 20% of any potential transfer to him. United agrees to such deal, the boy becomes the new Messi and we win 4 titles at a row. After 4 years he wants to leave and Barcelona are willing to spend 100m for him. Would we really be that pissed off for losing 20m to Mino?

We should be the ones pissed off at Mino (although we do share a part of the blame) and not them.

Odd that you think he is spot on with that speculative post when he conveniently omits that :
- Pogba was totally over-run and looked clueless in the few matches he was handed game time (which were against rather poor opposition)
- That the Pogba that plays/played at Juve does not play in Scholes or Carricks position.
- That season we were in a tight title race that we ended up losing, Would you give a young player that previously showed he couldn't cope against poor opposition game time? (The drawback being totally crushing his confidence, because he'd have got abuse if he played like he did in his first games, and he'd have been hooked too).

But for some it is an agenda, whereas proof was in the pudding. The funny thing is that the Euro's proved he still can't play in central midfield.

I agreed with his overall arching point that SAF had changed, hell he admitted this himself and he had to change. Further, he's right that Scholes and co. live in a dream world where it is still 199 something. Football moved on since. You can spin it a thousand different ways. SAF would have taken a proper punt on Pogba if it was 1993 or 94 but he didn't really. The few minutes Pogba got was hardly a way to showcase what Pogba could do. We had severe midfield problems and the least SAF should have done was to give the kid a proper go. He didn't. The rest is history. And Pogba played just fine in the Euro's when he was allowed to what he does best, play an attacking CM role. Those were his best matches. His worst games were when he was asked to sit deep and do a Carrick. He's not that kind of player. He's more of a young Scholes than anything else. Just because we have a different view point to you does not mean we have 'an agenda' as you put it. I could say your agenda is to defend SAF's stuff up with Pogba too but clearly you don't have an 'agenda', you simply have a viewpoint.

MUFC and Juve in Europe
Woodward in Asia.
This transfer has now gone intercontinental, which I think is fitting for a Word Record transfer and I doubt Vidal thread had that.

We also have the Ghost of Madrid (GoM) haunting many fans. The boogey-club , who want Pogba but can't afford him! This has been stated numerous times.
And the fans who are panicked by the GoM are scaring the fans who are trying to remain positive.

Nothing has been signed or agreed yet, but the saga continues...

I mentioned that in another thread i.e I didn't think it was a coincidence. Something from 2012 and according to El Confidential there wasn't enough evidence so they printed an article 1 day later saying the investigation was being dropped. I got ridiculed at the time but I still think Real were in some way involved. Also, conveniently, out of the three players involved the 2 named were DDG and Muinian, but there was a 3rd (allegedly Isco) though his name was kept private. Do not underestimate the relationship between Real and the Spanish government, it IS criminal and if someone did a full investigation into a number of things between them over the years it would turn peoples stomachs. How Benzema is not already in prison is beyond me as well.

6th Aug can't be right surely? I know players who made the latter stages of the Euros are allowed back to training later than others, but that would give him practically no pre-season at all. When does Serie A kick off?
