Although i quoted your post, most of it was for the pro optimistic, look for positivity in every tweet and beat down anyone who questions the transfers brigade. I apologize if i did not make it clear.

So not wanting a player at United means i am an "absolute melt of a supporter" good to know. I will actually be relieved as Jose will go for someone who will do the work with his head down rather than Pogba.

Now, I could be wrong, and if Pogba comes and he lights up the league, i will be there to hold my hands up and say that i was completely wrong to not want him here (not that it makes any difference to anyone). All United fans want the best for the club, i am not a manager but am of the opinion that bring in players with so much money and wages will make the team lopsided. Plus he is not even worth the money United are playing, seeing United getting ripped off doesn't make a fan happy however rich United are and however small this fee is for the club.

You want players who want to come to the club, this looks like the Di Maria transfer all over again. If Madrid were able to pay his wages, what would he do? It's that simple. Get players who want to come here.
This absolutely nothing like the Di Maria transfer. Whilst his preference was to stay at Madrid or go to PSG, he definitely did want to come here. It was a combination of a lack of form, his burglary, falling out/being played out of position by Van Gaal and him generally being a little pussywipe that led to him not making it here.

I have full faith he intended to succeed here.

Arsenal weren't Ozil's first choice, or Sanchez's for that matter. If we had paid the agent fee, Hazard wouldn't be at Chelsea right now. Juventus weren't even Pogba's first choice. If he had been able to get the time here, he probably would not have left United.

I'm not in the slightest bit concerned about Pogba's motivation to come to United. Raiola would have presumably contacted Madrid about his (supposed) dream move there. If you consider things from Pogba's perspective, his dream club, who have a history of paying extortionate fees for top players they want, are not willing to pay up in order to buy him. It's hardly a great message Madrid are sending to the player.

Plus, if he does move on in future, we'll likely get a massive fee for him anyway, recouping much of the world record fee we are likely to spend on him now. In the mean time, if he helps to re-establish United as a top club in Europe and wins a trophy or two, all the better.

Here we go again..
Oh boy Raiola was right - it's just a rediculous game of the Italian and English press who announces it first.. :wenger::lol:
French press will end up announcing first! Maybe that Mohamed Boula something guy who broke di Maria to PSG and Martial to United news first.

Yea, I'm sure the adidas store in Paris would know about a squad number change before Juve confirm anything.

Juve themselves are still listing Pogba as the #10 on their store site for shirt sales.

No it wont. Isnt the game at 8pm for you guys? That ll on till 10pm and there is no way we are going to announce it that late unless its transfer deadline day. We ll let Rooney have his moment and announce it either tomorrow or Friday.

Surely if those pics of the Adidas store are legit, one of the main sports news channels will send someone down there to confirm?

They must have had a whisper about it, otherwise they've ruined a bunch of their stock. Stock that probably cost 10p per unit to make, but stock all the same.

Pretty sure you're thinking of the BBC. Sky sources are generally a bit shit.
I'm not. Sky sources are usually right. Look at Ibra. It's when they make a full claim though (plus it's usually a bit late).

When they make a small claim that nobody else is reporting, not making a tweet or article - that's when they are a bit shit. So I agree with you we need to be wary about this flying to Manchester on Saturday business.

Gazzetta said yesterday that Juve were planning to extend Dybala's contract and give him the number 10 shirt.

Sarcasm? If so, then why would Adidas be selling Dybala Number 10 shirts? To troll the customers? Dybala is obviously the new number 10 for Juve, and Juve can't confirm that yet as it would mean they would be confirming Pogba has left (which all parties clearly haven't agreed to do yet).

How's that looking for Juventus now :P

On a serious note, maybe you are right, i am looking at what might happen in the furture but it looks like we are at a juncture where no player might stat at one club for more than 3-4 years.

Why? because I quoted one of your post in a complimentary manor, only for you to reply back in a derogatory way, so for them reasons I am unworthy to exchange opinions with others in this forum? I suppose I'm not worthy of any sort of grammatical exchange with yourself, because your words and thoughts are far above anything a Neanderthal such as myself could comprehend, who promoted me?? I wouldn't have been promoted had I not been able to articulate myself against posts and people I find to be Dicks !
Your words not mine, mate!

If that picture is fake then it's one of the highest quality fakes i've ever seen.

Or someone has gone through the trouble of getting 2 Dybala #10 kits made and going to a store and hanging them just for this picture.

Or it's fake.
If it's shopped then they've done an excellent job of it, putting the text into the creases on the shirt. Normally you can tell when something looks shopped, and that really doesn't. It really isn't worth the effort, it would takes ages, and I doubt it would still look legit.

Dybala getting the 10 was all over the press a few days ago, so someone has briefed someone about it.

The issue I have with that guys timeline is first he says he was sent the pic then later on says he was there at the Adidas store with cousin. Or am I reading it all wrong?

@Olly could probably do that in less than 5 minutes.
