the hand was clearly separated from the body. The ball had already passed him into the box... the hand prevented it to keep going.

clear penalty.
Of course it was seperated, doesn't mean it was an unnatural position. Hands are always like that when you're moving or running. Never a pen for me, otherwise attackers can just start aiming for the opponent's arm.

How are these supposedly world class players like Ozil and Silva constantly allowed to get away with literally having no shooting power? I mean not everyone has to be Gerrard or RVP but christ, come on. If Ozil could generate a bit more power he would probably score 10 more goals a season.

If we could play with this level of intensity every week we would've pissed the league bt now. Bale would have ripped them to shreds today. Cristiano is just no longer the monster he used to be :(

Also, can we have a curtois/de gea please? That's the third time this season keylor costs us.

Entertaining first half at Bernabéu. Madrid have a good attitude and got back quick after the unexpected mistake of Navas.Benzema looks very active.
James can do a bit more although he is not playing bad.He can have many defects but his control and touch with the left foot is really elegant.
Cristiano had a very good chance for the 2-1
I don't see anything good in this game. Napoli is non existent. This tie should have been over by now.

Bayern are a bit shite aren't they?
Yep, they're always a bit shite. That is, until they reach the semis and all English teams are out. Then somehow they were too strong for any English side and are brilliant. :P

yeah it is! Look at the second angle how wide his arm is from his body ffs get your bias tinted glasses off before u reply with such bs
You dont know the actual rule then. its natural postion. i seen dozens of those and they never get called. stop whining.

And ive pointed out this exact same point to whining arsenal fans when arsenal was on the exact opposite so I am quite consistent ser.

Real-Napoli is such a nice match. Real have so much quality but Napoli on the ball are a great unit, confident in their technique and almost telepathic passing. Still, it doesn't look like they can sustain that level, and there is the problem with Real that they can score from anything - great crossers, great headers, and with Modric-Kroos getting into a crossing position is always easy.

I read his post multiple times to make sure I didn't miss the context.
It's essentially him saying "look at me, I know more about European football than the pros, Napoli are in incredible form and Madrid aren't and obviously the pundits haven't been watching their games like I have".

Real Madrid will be furious with UEFA not picking them easier team to play against in this phase.

Natural doesn't have to be arms by his side. A lot of times that would even be classed as unnatural

We're all over them atm. Really should be up by 1-2 goals by now. Feck sake
Seems you were right with your Ancelotti reference during the Osasuna game. Real stepped it up three notches today. Should be in fornt, the 0-1 was a really stupid goal to concede.

Red Card for Casemiro!
Alexis Sanchez is a brilliant player and leader. You can see him getting frustrated by the lack of support from his teammates, but he hasn't let that affect his commitment or quality. Good recovery for the goal.

Arsenal lucky to get that goal, though, and lucky not to concede a penalty. Bayern the better team, but they tapered off after conceding.

Exactly and the worst part is the game is played at bernabeu. Is there a team in the world that are not underdogs playing Madrid away?

Can someone look up the hand ball rule? I think it says nothing about 'natural positions' but about enlarging the body Area that can block the ball

how is it natural his arm is almost stretched? Also when defenders are expecting a cross into the box they ussually hide hands behind their backs, Bellerin was all over the place when he tried to blocking it
should count yourselves lucky

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the rule says intentional handling the ball? It looked very unintentional and also his hands was close to his body.

Saying that I haven't checked multiple angles, just saw only 1 replay.
